My parents stayed here. It’s good location, close to the food street. Breakfast is limited so my parents went to have breakfast at the Sheraton instead which is across the road. Price of the stay here is a fraction of the Sheraton.

The hotel is within walking distance to Zhenyang pedestrian street, elephant trunk hill lake ,and many eateries, hotels around the area.
Overall the room are clean daily with basic amenities provided. Appreciate the frèe laundry service and dryer.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel for my stay in China. I faced a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the hotel managers. They did not speak English and were not able to provide me with the transport service between the train station and the hotel, impossibility to make myself understood by phone to book. When I asked for a commercial gesture to compensate for this inconvenience, they refused without apologizing. I find this attitude unacceptable and disrespectful. I would like to praise the work of the employees who tried to understand my request despite the language barrier. They were the only ones to show understanding and kindness. The hotel should review its management and offer better communication with foreign customers. Perhaps an email would be more suitable for specific requests.
Moreover, the hotel should also improve the insulation of the doors of the rooms. Mine let in the light and noise from the corridor. Fortunately, there was not much passage, otherwise I would not have been able to sleep properly. This is a problem that can affect the quality of the stay of customers..

This hotel has a great location, it overlooks a river, the staff were amazing too, they helped us out whenever we needed it. They also had good quality amenities. One thing to remember is that the staff dont speak english. Also, if you are a vegetarian who has asked for the breakfast service, you dont need to worry as you can specially ask the cook to cook you a vegetarian meal without additional costs. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, definitely recommend.

Nice location. It is very easy to approach the city centre. Very kind staff. Whatever I require them, they willing to help me while I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast is good.
