It's just the best. The owner is friendly.

The management at EZStay Busan do not keep their advertised promises or put customers first. In my exerience the manager even yelled at me when I asked to use the promised laundry facilities.   I was told by the manager that  the laundry facilities were not available even though the website said that laudnry is a avaliable at any time for the customers. He seemed very angry and yelled at me when I asked him why they are not available like the website said they would be.   The manager even told me it was my problem and not his problem that my husband and I needed to use the laundry. The real kicker for me is that the reason I booked this place is because of the promised laundry facilities.   I would not suggest that anyone stay here and deal with that kind of treatment and broken promises. Obviously the manager does not care about the needs of his customers.   Find somewhere else to stay, there are many other inexpensive options in the area.

We had a dreadful experience! Our room door wouldn’t open. We alerted the manager who rudely told us we’d have to wait for an engineer. At no point did he apologise but he shouted at and was abusive to female members of staff. As women ourselves, we felt very intimidated by him.  The “three bed room” was very small. It was like a rabbit hutch and we had nowhere to put our luggage. The third bed was a thin futon, not a bed.  The room was run down and dirty. No sheets were provided so you slept on bedding used by other people. It was very noisy with loud music in the local area.  The breakfast was very basic.

Worst stay of my entire Korea travels by far. They do not provide what they claim to offer, nor do they care about customer service. The staff are all young, disinterested, and couldn't care less about their guests. Korean beds are not exactly comfortable but these are made utterly horrendous but the fact that you can feel the spring coils poking you through the mattress. It is like trying to sleep on a jagged rock. The room is tiny, we could barely cram our luggage in there, let alone open it. While they are located near Nampo metro station, unless you have business in Nampo it isn't the most ideal area to stay in. You are far from most attractions and will be spending a lot of time on transit. Being near the fish market also means the entire neighbourhood reeks of fish. Having lived in Korea, I knew this about the area but was willing to compromise location because of what they said they offered in facilities. My biggest issue is the fact that they state that they have a kitchen, and they do in fact have a kitchen but guests are not allowed to use it!! Why advertise a kitchen under facilities if it is irrelevant to the customer because they can't cook in it? Would you list that you have a pool and then tell guests it is just there to look at? And there are no signs in the kitchen stating you can't use it, there are signs saying ”Shared space. Please clean up after yourself', indicating you can use the kitchen. We specifically booked here for the kitchen and bought groceries and then were told we couldn't use the kitchen. No real reason given other than guests can't use the kitchen and the staff take no responsibility for the fact that they advertise a kitchen and are misleading guests. I wasted money on groceries and a more expensive accommodation than I needed to just to be able to cook in the kitchen. The staff also wouldn't give me contact information for an owner/manager of the hostel so that I could try to get this issue addressed!! Stay anywhere else!

Stayed in a 2 bed room with a friend. Tobacco is on the rooftop. The rooftop is on the terrace and I enjoyed the night with sake and snacks ♪ ♪ Basically the facilities are clean! The staff can't speak Japanese at all, so it's bad. And the mosquito was very swollen. That's the shape of the outlet is different from Japan.

I decided here because the location was good to make an inn where all my friends can stay sometimes because the usual hotel was the best on weekends. But the tragedy was ... auto lock, but it seemed that it was locked from the room side, and when I came back with a massage, the lock was locked and I couldn't enter the room. There is no person at the front desk and the telephone number is written, but I didn't know what to call from Japanese phones and was very troubled. I was told to go to the intersection police station and when I went out, I was around 1:30. I happened to find a young Korean girl who stayed on the same floor when there was no person in the police station and was in a hurry, and I managed to explain it and returned to the room together and called. The woman came about 40 minutes later and was able to unlock ... at that time was 3 o'clock. I wanted a note on the lock or an explanation at the front desk. Be careful of the projection right next to the door knob on the side of the room. It will be hard if you don't know. And the faucet of the washbasin can be taken, there is no toilet paper, and ... for the time being. I will never stay again.
