Good for the vacation

Sono funzionario statale a tempo indeterminato non residente nella Capitale e fa parte degli hotel a cui faccio ricorso 5 giorni su 7 perché, come è risaputo, a Roma non si trova casa. L'albergo è simpatico, il personale è gentile, ma la stanza dove sono capitato io, la 14, è suscettibile di molti miglioramenti. Ottimo il letto, biancheria pulita, camera molto luminosa. Segni di scarsa manutenzione, tappi dello scarico nel bagno non funzionanti e poca funzionalità per quanto riguarda le prese, una delle quali è proprio rotta. Ottimo per la vicinanza ai posti importanti della città. Non posso sedermi con la sedia alla scrivania, in questo momento che digito, sono seduto sul letto. Mi aspetterei un prezzo più basso, per queste pecche, anche se siamo a Roma ed è iniziata l'Alta Stagione.

It was great stay

Firstly, I’ve seen lots of comments about how this is hard to find etc. After reading some reviews it was clear to see that the hotel was on floor 3. All you need to do is ring the buzzer at the doors and they let you in. All receptionists we encountered were lovely and very helpful! My only issue was that the hair dryer went off after about 30 seconds and took about 5 mins to regenerate and the hot water in the shower didn’t last long but value for money 10/10. What more van you ask for with a 3 star hotel? We had a fabulous time! The location is AMAZING. Not too far an Uber away from anywhere, you can get the bus but we didn’t want to. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Chambre pas prête lors de notre arrivée à 23h30. A l intérieur un matelas sale d un côté, le sommier contre le mur ! Le veilleur de nuit a du " préparer " cette chambre à 1h00 du matin , en mettant le sommier, le matelas sale dessus et juste un drap ( pas d alèse). Un coup de serpillière et hop voilà notre chambre ! Trop fatigués nous acceptons d y dormir en disant que nous voulons une nouvelle chambre le lendemain. 2ème chambre mieux mais pas clean, avec une chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas ! Petit déjeuner : salle loin d être accueillante , comme le buffet d ailleurs . Salle toute petite avec des petites tables aux nappes tâchees. Pas copieux, pas bon et selon la personne, pas aimable. Seule exception pour la jeune fille qui avait le mérite de sourire contrairement aux autres employés. La bouteille de Proseco offerte pour le désagrément ne suffira pas . On a juste envie de partir tôt le matin de cet hôtel et d y revenir tard. Le seul point positif est l immeuble dans lequel se trouve cet hôtel. Immeuble d époque mais entretenu...

Não recomendo de todo.hotel horrível com pouca higiene estive 4 noites e nunca trocaram as toalhas nem os lençóis, chão do quarto com muito pó.colchao em mau estado com altos e baixos horrível .. o autoclismo é necessário carregar várias vezes para funcionar

It was a nice last minute booking. Nothing to really complain about, the room was quite big and overall pretty comfortable. The hotel itself is just a little old and the breakfast wasn't the best. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose and the staff was helpful and kind.

La chambre d'hôtel et le personnel étaient agréable, la chambre climatisée. Par contre un sol sale et une température de douche aléatoire (chaud/froid sans arrêt). Le personnel passe tout de même dans la chambre tous les jours pour nettoyer la salle de bain et faire le lit. Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre est super, complet, avec du choix. Sur l'annonce était indiquée une navette pour l'aéroport, il s'agit en fait de prendre un taxi pour un prix fixe de 55 euros pour l'aller et commander à l'accueil de l'hôtel le taxi retour pour 55 euros aussi, à régler directement au chauffeur. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Stanza molto semplice e “vissuta”. Necessità di una profonda rinfrescata. Molti dettagli da sistemare, bagno alquanto semplice e poco curato. Colazione semplice, consumata in camera per assenza di sala comune. Servizio cortese alla reception.

O hotel apesar de não ser no centro histórico é bastante central. O espaço em termos de comodidades e pequeno-almoço (servido no quarto), é razoável. O dono do hotel não é muito agradável, mas acatou os pedidos que fizemos. A palavra de descrição é unicamente razoável.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Rome excellent location & service. Breakfast was on time & a great continental spreads . Bathroom was good

We are currently staying here (travel from Scotland). The location is amazing literally a 15 minute bus ride to the centre of Rome to see all the attractions. Close by is a beautiful park, great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There is a small “hangout” below where students gather but very respectful and yes some noise but bareable. The hotel does have an old elevator style lift and quite small but does the job. The manager (sorry didn’t get name) was very helpful providing us with a map and spent time showing us bus routes, places of interest and eating places etc. Breakfast comes in a large tray to the room and consists of hot drink, yoghurt, croissant, breads, jams, butter, biscuit and fruit. The hotel is clean and in a beautiful building. Would highly recommend and for the price amazing 10/10

Excellent service, the receptionist was attentive, we spoke Spanish and he understood us, he told us places to go how to go, the only thing is the location is a bit far but for the price it's ok we walked to the tourist places, 35 to 40 minutes walking, buses pass by as well that is not a problem the room is very clean spacious the bathroom had a hairdryer

Personale davvero disponibile e accogliente. Esperienza in camera molto positiva, apprezzato molto il minifrigo. Unica pecca, un po’ di polvere. Dal punto di vista del costumer service devo dire anche qui molto bene. Grande attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari, segnalate in precedenza, con colazione in camera ad hoc che nel nostro caso comprendevano prodotti senza glutine, lattosio e proteine del latte. Esperienza ottima, ritorneremo sicuramente.
