Everything was perfect

Very good hotel

The hotel facilities and services are good, but the location is a bit remote, about 20 minutes' walk from the central train station. But there is a big supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

A good value for money hotel. Close to the train station. Despite the fact that the area at first seems unfriendly (all the walls of the houses are covered with graffiti) - in fact, everything is fine, there are excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are dated, but for a short stay everything is fine.

The room was fine and very stylish, even if a bit dark, but the bathroom was very small. The environment was most quiet, but the shower and toilet flushing sounds were noisy. Otherwise people were very nice.

I would not recommend this place for your stay in Rome. It is well below what you expect from 3 star hotel. Our room was very small and claustrophobic. It was a make shift room (#101). The bathroom looked modern at first glance but had many issues including broken faucets, flimsy shower etc. As soon as we entered, we could not wait to leave the place. Another issue is connectivity to public transportation. Bus stops are 10 mins walk and metro is 20 mins walk. Rome has great connectivity in general, but not this hotel. Even when you decide to walk, the neighborhood streets are dirty and sketchy. So it was struggle to get anywhere meaningful easily. Staff can be sometime friendly and other times rude. Mostly we had good experience with the helpfulness though. However, that could not offset rest of the negatives. Overall, I will not come back here again.

There is 24 hour service, which is great. Rooms cleaned daily. Cute little bar and outdoor seating area. Rooms are small but clean. One of the most comfortable beds we slept in during our two week trip. It’s a good twenty minutes walk from the train and metro station. Some very good restaurants within walking distance. Next door to a grocery store. Outside of the main attractions. But if you don’t mind walking it’s fine. Room key is literally an old fashion key which you leave at reception. Everyone was very helpful.

The people working there where nice, the hotel isnt. Wierd smell, everywhere you looked there where stains in and out the room. Drains clogged and mould in the shower.

evaluating pricewise point, it is ok but the hotel had a very smally tiny bathroom. moreover, AC was making a lot noice but not blowing enough cold . so, we had to turn it off. luckly the weather was not so hot while we stayed

Very nice affordable hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Not in city center but easy to get places. Bathrooms need bit renovation but were clean. Air conditioning need to be improved

Very comfortable, excellent service, wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed the courtyard area since we were traveling in a group of 11.

The building is set back from the road and has a pleasant sitting area. Unfortunately our room was at ground level off a small courtyard. It had one small window with poor ventilation and making the room dark. The central air conditioning system was not functioning making the room uncomfortable. Not enough storage to allow us to unpack during our 3 day stay.

It's a gem hidden in a student occupied mostly area. Easy transportation options close by to reach all of the attractions. Very clean and quiet. Staff professional friendly and polite at all times. Tasty breakfast. Loved the patio area!
