I tell you my experience of a robbery: I gave my boyfriend a weekend at the BEST SABINAL hotel in Roquetas de Mar. Last night I left my PANDORA BRACELET in the soap dish in the bathtub, since I always take it off when I shower so it doesn't turn black. Today we have gone to Almeria capital to spend the day there and when we arrived the room was clean and that, and my BRACELET was not where I left it. We have searched every corner of the room, which by the way, the cleaning was quite regular. We have gone to reception to see who has entered the room and that, solutions 0. I find it unfortunate that in a hotel considered quite good and 4 stars, they have cleaning staff who are thieves.

Excellent week in Best Sabinal. Excellent service, super clean and very comfortable beds and premium drinks. The only negative is the food is always cold so if this was resolved quickly that would be perfect. Overall an excellent holiday.

Hotel clean and on the beach although we were at the back of the hotel with view over car park. Small rooms with 2 large beds in. Very small wardrobe with few hangers and 1 shelf. Did have small fridge, air on and safe. Did not have tea or coffee making facilities. As I have mobility problems I am on a mobility scooter and was on the third floor, the problem was only 2 out of 3 lifts worked at any one tine. 30 minutes in the morning was regular waiting times to go down for breakfast of which the bacon was terrible. Evening meal was also something to be desired.

Hotel right next to the beach. Had a lovely sea view room. A very long promenade for the extent of the huge beach. Pool and pool area equipted with plenty of sunbeds and table and chairs for the bar area. Also games tables. Rooms have large and very comfortable beds. The reception area is very pleasant. The bar area is always kept clean and tidy. The dining room is set out well and staff very pleasant. A lot of different nationalities stay at the hotel.

Fabulous location, staff are wonderful in all areas,so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Food is delicious ,cooked and served really well and lots of choice,loved the wok station.Rooms well equipped really comfy beds.Upgraded to all inclusive excellent value.Would definitely stay here again.Roquetas de mar is a lovely resort.

First time in Roquetas and didn’t know where to stay so picked the hotel that looked best! The location is good right on the promenade just steps from the beach, however it is in the busier part of town, and there are more tranquil areas. The staff at reception were welcoming and efficient, and happy to help with queries at all times We were allocated a room in the top floor overlooking the beach with a great terrace furnished with table & chairs. The rooms and bathrooms are dated but clean. We were welcomed with a bottle of cava as it was our wedding anniversary - a nice touch. I hadn’t realised when booking that a few tour operators use the hotel mostly on an AI package, and I have to say that this wouldn’t be my choice. However the drinks were good and the hard working staff very pleasant. Sunbeds were no problem at anytime, and they seem to enforce the no towels regulation! This is a busy family orientated hotel in a mainly Spanish area, so if that’s your thing you will enjoy. The promenade stretches for miles and is great for walking, and the actual town offers great value for money.

Great location overlooking the beach. Welcoming hotel with good facilities which are well kept. Great food in the restaurant presented well and with huge variety. Restaurant staff worked extremely hard to keep tables cleared and to serve drinks quickly. Plenty of sunbeds but parasols need attention. Would revisit if I had the opportunity.

Everything is there for a relaxing holiday. Good and fresh food, a lot of options in drinks. Helpful and friendly staff are always present. The rooms are quiet big and fully equipped with what you need. They could clean the loby toilets a bit more frequently.

To make the long story short ....everything was perfect. Delicious food, wide variety to choose from, spacious room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Perfect location, promenade stretched out both ways, either to the very end of the town or to medieval castle and lighthouse and further more. We were very satisfied and would love to return.

Everything was right about this hotel, we had returned after twenty years , location perfect on beach,well maintained pool area. Great staff, very good bar service any time . Great food and affordable drinks. Dining room service was excellent, kept very clean at all times

Google Staying here right now (july 2024) and very happy with the service at the reception. I asked for a different room because I don't take elevators and my room was at the 7th floor. They were very friendly and changed our room to one one the 1st Floor

The staff is not always customer friendly. Specially the bartenders get a negative review. Not all of them but enough to get an attention The same conclusies for de barmaids. May be you can speak to them. The rest of the staff were friendly especially one lady with a ponytail. Mostly she stands for controlling on the front of the restaurant or as a barmaid.
