the hotel horrible reception / hotel not clean

Accueil très bien, état de la chambre très bien(des matelas plus épais et vous aviez 5 étoiles). Petit déjeuner nickel. Une étoile en moins à cause du parking.pourquoi ne pas le proposer en ligne lors de la réservation car lors de mon arrivée impossible de me garer devant pour aller à l'accueil. Une misère pour trouver une place au alentour.

C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix avec en plus un personnel très sympathique

I came last month, the room was identical (normal), but yesterday a cigarette hole on the blanket and an LED bulb in the bathroom did not light. In addition, there is no way to adjust the air conditioning, so the overall temperature is a little low and I would have liked to increase it by 2°C.

It wasn't that comfortable for me. For city trips without much comfort it's ok.

Never seen such a rotten hotel! No respect. Noisy as ever I had until 3am. The smell of cigarettes and ***** is overwhelming! Breakfast with broken machine so powdered coffee powdered milk chocolate bread from the day before. Very unpleasant staff and for the small finale they stole my perfume and my bank card but they tell me that no, it's not possible... Well yes, that's gone by itself! I request reimbursement otherwise I will use my legal protection.

I liked the Staff.

Très bon séjour effectué dans un cadre professionnel. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Etablissement situé à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités.

Stayed there before. Very convenient for our route through Paris. Unfortunately the TV in the room did not work(not receiving a signal) so spoilt the evening as could not watch the RWC23 matches. Otherwise all ok.

Un séjour court mais ce n'est pas la première fois que je choisi cet hôtel et je ne suis jamais déçu, tout le personnel à tous les niveaux sont très aimables. Je recommande
