The room is large and suitable for a large family

Can I tell you that what stuck out the most is the customer service. I came and left with the feeling of luxury hotel customer service. In truth, this is a budget hotel. Did it knock my socks off? No. Did it meet every need while I was there for less than 10 hours. Yes. But the desk associates (when I checked in and out) were so nice and professional, it really filled any other gaps there could have been. Excellent stay.

Stayed on the second floor. I could hear the people above me. Only slept for an hour.

The hotel was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room was kinda dirty and the toilet stop working then the second room was dirty and the tv was in a bad placement

When we arrived the hotel looked nice. The issue came in when we got to our room and viewed the bathroom. It is so small and the tub was dirty and rusted. The corners had what looked to be mold in them. We asked the front desk to move us but the room they showed us was worst than the first one. We asked them to send someone to clean the tub and they did right away. The bed was comfortable though and the air conditioner blew cold, so there's that. The breakfast was disappointing. The biscuits were like bricks. The watery fake eggs and greasy sausage with no flavor were disappointing. The only edible thing there were the cinnamon rolls. We ended up going to McDonald's up the road. The location was ok. There was a Chuy's, Salt Grass, and Cracker Barrel in the parking lot, so that was good. Would I stay again? No, I probably would not.

Nothing special and no front desk. Staff was available upon check out in the morning. I waited almost 30 minutes for somebody to come in.

Place was very close to great restaurants. Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It was in a great location. Everything was close by. Loved it.

I really liked the size of our room. It was huge. Even though hotel is close to the Interstate we heard no traffic noise inside the room. Easy walk to 2 restaurants. Self parking was abundant and close to hotel entrance. Hotel is showing a little wear but was clean. Morning breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Booked this room for 4 adults and had to ask a couple of times for enough towels, coffee, and toilet paper to accomodate our group which is my only complaint. I would stay here again mostly due to the size of the room..

Elevators and hallways have a bad smell. Breakfast was terrible Parking place is limited

The carpet in the hallway had a slight odor to it. The carpet in the room felt moist or sticky so I couldn't walk barefoot. I also found a cricket in the room under the sink. I couldn't catch it so I trapped it with a plastic cup. I went to sleep wondering if that cricket would escape and roam the room.

Overall, the stay wasn’t bad and the Staff was friendly. What I don’t understand about the new bath wash and shampoo/conditioner provided but the bath wash is always empty. If a thorough cleaning is being completed, why isn’t that checked.

The room was surprisingly nice. Clean, large and the bed was very comfortable. Comforters were soft and fluffy. Staff was very courteous and the free breakfast has a nice variety. The only negative was a good amount of rust in the bathtub but I would definitely stay here again.
