The staff were perfectly nice, but we were assigned to someone else’s room, so when I went in there were a bunch of men. They said that it had happened multiple times to them. All the drains are clogged, so the sinks and showers get filled with scum when you run the water

The room had a funny smell to it. It wasn’t in great condition. The one bad had a dip at the edge so I could only sleep on my one side. Just made for uncomfortable long nights.

Good stay. No complaints. The front lady was very very nice and helpful. You can hear the people next door though.

What I liked: very nice property/grounds; personable front desk person; convenient location; good price; clean . What I didn’t like: noisy people in adjoining room woke me up during the night & I couldn’t sleep after that; inconvenient parking; uncomfortable bed; few lights—room quite dark; only one very thin blanket—I had to use my jacket and my fleece blanket to stay warm.

Check in was easy, front desk very nice. Room was very clean...not a fancy place, but everything a person needs

The part that sucks is that you can't smoke not only in the room but not on the premise of the property. Not cool and the facts that I wasn't asked to be accommodated due to my disability ****** too.

That's Allright if you just go for a night but don't expect much 1) a noise bed Which is not very Comfortable

The overall experience was good esp the good condition and spaciousness of the property and its proximity to shopping centers etc. But communication with the property was bad with some unnecessary notifications received from the property. Also, slow checkin.

Hospitality Inn is a great place to stay! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they made sure my stay was always safe and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel room was very clean and nice. And also soft beds.

Floors and counters need to be cleaned. Sticky and dirty. Otherwise beds are clean and bathroom are clean.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. I found ***** hairs in the toilet seat hinges and the faucet was not wiped well. Half roll of TP . The pool is tiny. Many hotels in the immediate area I will try next time .
