I don’t have anything nice to say about this hotel! Even the wifi sucks! I couldn’t connect at all. The hotel is dirty and old.

Location is good as right beside the Expressway. Classic old comfort Inn so if you did not expect too much it should the job. Food outlet right outside so convenient so the speak but facility can use some good update.

Not the best location not much around other than Carla jnr in carpark. Was nice enough but location was somewhat isolated

Very good stay. Quiet staff very friendly and address any needs we had. Breakfast good.

The location was good but the breakfast was not good and one of the room ac don’t work good. One of the room shower was not good and working well

I have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job. How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, there is a coffee pot, no hot water, no disposable toothbrushes and slippers, there are 2 USB charging ports, the hair dryer is easy to use, and the towels are fully equipped. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

It was a great location to go to Legoland after a trip to San Diego. However, the cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing and the breakfast was not that tasty. But it was okay for the price~

接待前台是個印度男人，素質和服務都非常差！我訂的房間因為寫錯了名字，居然不肯更改，也不肯多加一個人名而解決問題，攜程官方電話溝通也拒絕退房重訂，而是強行不給入住卻仍然收取房費，更加**的是在這期間也不準小孩子上酒店的公共衞生間。對中國人非常仇視！

住了幾個晚上都睡的很好，早餐也準備的可以了。前台小哥很有禮貌每次見面都打招呼。
