Amazing View , clean room and good facility, good price, great service.

I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever go to Sapa. Just one thing, the warm water is a bit slow and the rest was perfect.

Special place, special people ! I had a very pleasant stay, the owner and his wife are so kind and welcoming. Ideally situated in Sapa. They also organize group trekkings which are really nice. Definetely recommend !

Overall quite satisfactory . Owner quite willing to recommend point of interests including good and reasonably priced restaurants. Owner will organise suitable local trips according to needs of quests. Quite helpful in term of providing local informations.

The owners are friendly and supportive. It’s a great stay if you wanna fully experience sapa. You can see mountains views from your room which is pretty nice. The location is a bit down the hill but it’s fine for me.

The view from the room was spectacular! Everything is perfect. Breakfast is served at very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We love the accommodation. They have pet cat and dog in the lobby. The only downside is we have to walk up n down the staircases to our accommodation and sapa central. The owner and staff are friendly and nice.

This was my very first time ever to book an 'homestay' and did I well. The host family were absolutely friendly and so welcoming,always up for a chat and a laugh. The lobby is so cosy with a nice fireplace and comfy sofas.So quiet and peaceful. The room was amazing with a super comfy bed. The place is so nice and warm that really felt like we were coming back home from our daily hikes and tours. They took care of everything we needed and I can't recommed it enough. If I would ever go back to Sa Pa,I would definitely lodge there again. Well done and all the best for your future!!!!! PS. It would be nice if a safe and a mini fridge would be fitted in the future in the room.

A one-line review of this accommodation could be said to be a very sadistic notice. Sapa actually has things to see such as Fansipan and Cat Cat Village. If you have a long itinerary, it can be a bit boring, but the lodging is a place where you can relieve that boredom. It's the best place to go to Sun Plaza and Cat Cat Village, and you can get tea, meals, and even massages nearby. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of the city, you can also enjoy a light drink and meal at this accommodation. You can meet friends from all over the world and have fun Google Maps is a bit strange as to how to get there. There are stairs going down in the direction of the arrow in the attached photo. The interior is clean and can be said to have an atmosphere optimized for travelers. If I go to Sapa, I will go to this place again without thinking twice as it is 50,000 times better value for money.
