The staff here are English-speaking and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I purchased a refill for my Traveler’s Notebook, a special collaboration with the hotel featuring the hotel name in gold on the cover. When the staff asked if I was a TN user, I showed her my train version TN, and she showed me hers too! It was a very lovely interaction. They also asked if I wanted to stamp my notebook, providing three different variations. It was a wonderful touch! There are only five paid parking slots available, costing ¥1,600 per night. The parking spot is reserved for you, so you’re free to come and go as you please. They even put up a sign indicating your room number. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Sapporo!

The staff, the rooms, and the breakfast were all excellent! When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a lovely aroma, and the herbal tea was soothing. The complimentary cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere in the bar was lovely. This is a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

・Please note that the hotel and surrounding parking lots fill up quickly. ・You can leave your suitcases after check-out (for the same day). ・They will call a taxi for you. ・Breakfast will be delivered to your room entrance within a specified time. You will need to check for yourself to see if it has arrived. ・The indoor camping atmosphere is wonderful.

I was attracted to the hotel after reading the reviews, so I booked it the day before when it was cheaper. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but the woman at the front desk checked me in with a smile, which was a relief. The aroma, wooden furnishings, and log cabin-style interior were soothing, creating a warm atmosphere unlike any I've ever experienced before. The room was also relaxing with a calming, wooden interior, and breakfast was delivered to my room. As someone who is used to buffet-style meals, I found the soup in a soup jar, two slices of French bread, butter, and orange juice to be very warm, and I felt a sense of satisfaction as I was able to experience something out of the ordinary. The staff's smiles made this a soothing trip.

The room is a little small, but it is very convenient for travel. It is more than 300 meters away from the Nakajima Park subway entrance and very close to Susukino. The lady at the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic.

Overall it's OK. It's just not convenient to wash clothes.

The location is quite convenient, whether it is close to the North-South Line subway or walking to Boye and Tanukikoji Street, I stumbled upon this place because I couldn't book a hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's really expensive during the Chinese New Year, and the room is small

I also enjoyed the hot soup breakfast and the 6 kinds of wine service that you can drink as much as you like! The shower was powerful and felt good.

It was a nice stay, clean and friendly. The atmosphere of the bar is also very good.

It feels average, but it's not bad in the city center. It's just not in line with expectations. However, the sanitary environment is good, the price/performance ratio is average, and the front desk service is average. There's nothing particularly satisfying about it.
