The hotel is in the city center, the service staff is very polite, the room is a big bed room, the mattress is very comfortable, the room is very clean and tidy, the swimming pool and the gym are also very good, great, the breakfast is also very rich, with a lot of fruit, very I like it. The bread and cake are delicious. There are many varieties of coffee, tea and drinks. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. It is also very close to the airport. Life is very convenient and very good

Hotel facilities are good👍

Walls are paper thin. Could hear everything going on next door and above. Parking was outside mall parking. Rooms were ok. Wont be staying again. Better options in location

The king jacuzzi suite in spacious yet cozy and romantic. It can also be suitable for a family because of its hide-a-bed sofa and sliding door between the bedroom and rest of the suite.

It is always a quick check in experience. Very welcoming staff, at our last stay here my husband forgot his special pillow. We were both delighted to find out it was saved and cleaned professionally for our return. Many thanks for the excellent hospitality of the staff catering to our every need. Will definitely stay again. 5 stars!!

Such an amazing stay!! Clean, amazing customer service. Usually stay at other hotels when we come to Saskatoon.. but we will be back! Love that there is a restaurant in the hotel and really good food!

Great staff, very helpful, lovely room, .Didn't feel safe going outside to smoke. Too much riff raft. Dining was pricey and breakfast restaurant closed at 10am. Also be prepared to pay $17 for parking.

Was some wind noise through window but was a blizzard outside room was warm and comfortable

This hotel was beautiful quiet and perfect for rest in the middle of the city. Will be staying here again.

The pool area is so dirty. The hallways are beyond run down. Every floor we were on the ice machines were broken, the elevators are run down and broken looking.

I was treated poorly when checking in. The sign on the door said doors locked 11pm until some time in the morning. When I arrived at 8:30pm to check in door was locked, I knocked and pressed button on ph. So I thought doors jammed so I pried open and was scolded by woman working at front desk to use key which I didn’t have! I was embarrassed by her in front of other hotel guest! This started the whole stay off with a dark cloud!
