Unfair Treatment – Hotel Kept My Money Even Though I Could Not Travel I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but due to the war situation my flight to the Maldives was cancelled. This was completely outside my control and I provided the official flight cancellation documents. Even though I could not travel and could not stay at the hotel, they refused to refund my payment. In addition, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. Charging a guest for accommodation that was never used, especially in a force majeure situation, is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Travelers should be aware that in difficult situations this hotel may not provide support or flexibility to their guests. I hope the management will reconsider their policies and handle such situations more fairly in the future.

We recently stayed 3 separate times at Season Holidays in an effort to organise seaplanes to various islands in the Maldives. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Met us at Male Airport without any problems on our first visit and took us straight to the hotel where we received an upgrade to a seaview room! Very nice. Next morning after breakfast they transported us to the seaplane terminal without any problems where we were able to transfer to our first island. On our return we again stayed at Seasons for a night, again in a lovely seaview room, and again seamless transfers each way both from and back to the seaplane terminal for our next island. And yet again after a week, back to Seasons without a problem. The rooms are simply for an overnight stay but very clean and comfortable which is all we needed. Breakfast was a small buffet, again all we needed. The staff were extremely helpful over all our visits. We would not hesitate to stay at Seasons again and would thoroughly recommend the hotel for an overnight stay any time.

It's hard to evaluate a hotel like this because we're so used to western standards. Per western standards, this would be a low cost, marginally acceptable hotel. But it's a good hotel in the market it is in. The good: the staff was extremely good. The airport pickup and dropoff was excellent and communication was strong. The vehicles were modern and clean. We were offered a cold juice upon arrival. The location is good being on the water and close to multiple stores and restaurants. The bad: The air conditioner was not sufficient. It was set at 16 C but the only way we could sleep was to blow it directly on us. Otherwise the rest of the room was too hot to sleep. Buying the ocean view room wasn't worth it because we couldn't open the curtains anyway. The windows radiated heat into the room. The curtains needed to stay closed to try to block the heat. The room was extremely small, less than 14' x 12' total.

A warm welcome from the hotel staffs with a nice welcome drink & Face Towels, wow...!!! What more you want.. ??? Amazing i must say... As I'm a repeater to this hotel many times, I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay even for 01 night as it is very nearer to the international airport too... Overall experience was beyond my expectations as always.... Thanks once again to the team... Roshan

I had booked the hotel couple of days ahead, and paid as well. They unjust cancelled my booking last minute stating some maintenance. They had to unfortunately cancel all bookings. I anonymously contacted the hotel, the staff informed only 3 rooms they have a maintenance. They singled out my booking a solo travellers and canceled in favour of more profitable groups. This is malpractice and they are not worthy of any good ratings

Had an amazing stay here. It was a bit quick just for a night, and I specifically choosed them for their sea view as well as free transfer from airport. Everything went smooth. Had a nice breakfast as well. Will def recommend since it comes with free transportation ( didn’t wait much ).

This hotel is offers excellent customer service. The hotel staff are approachable and always ready to assist guests to have a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is also consistent. You can always go back to a clean room after a full day tour. The location is perfect, it is beach front so you can enjoy your breakfast with a nice view everyday. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was amazing, room clean and comfortable, very nice location in front of the beach with a lot of different restaurants,Staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks for the driver he is fast and reliable. Great service from Francis and the team. The rooms are on the small side, but relatively modern and nice. The location is beautiful right by the beach in a vibrant neighborhood. Airport transfers went well, although it would be nice to have a bigger car. For the price, can’t complain though!

This was our transit hotel while going back to India and it was a very cozy stay over here. The breakfast was super awesome and you should certainly try it on your way out. Also, the staff is super friendly and accommodate all your requests. Furthermore, they also offer pick up and drop from the airport which makes it very convenient. All in all, it was a very cozy and nice stay end to end.

Nice hotel in Male and very kind staff. They were very pleasant and the breakfast was good. The hotel is not far from the airport, that is why we took it for our last day in Maldives. We had a see view and it was a quiet hotel. We recommend it.

Good place Nice service Great choice First time to madives after transfer 2 country come to this site relxed one night and sleep well feel full of the energy let me enojy my trip besit the sea we could go around there and lots of shop nearby !!!!!!!
