Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close.
Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance.
The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

It's really great for traveling in Prague. There's a river near the hotel, so you can take a walk, and it's close to Andel Station, so you can go to restaurants, and the tram that takes you to the Old City is close by. I recommend it

The rooms and facilities are outdated. Especially in summer when it is hot during the day, the room has no air conditioning or ventilation facilities, and the temperature in the room is too high to allow for normal rest.

Please avoid. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Dark and miserable. Dusty and dirty rooms. Filthy mouldy bathroom. Changed from Room 16 to 21 which wasn't much better. Filthy mattresses, ripped bed sheet. Paid for breakfast but restaurant closed and send you to Hotel Annette which is two streets away with a voucher. Never again

We spent a few days in this hotel. When we checked in they asked for 1000 CZK deposit. They said they will pay it back after leaving the hotel. We leave everything perfect, we didn’t eat anything from the minibar, but the refund never come back to us anymore. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL IF YOU GO TO PRAGUE!
Response from Property: Good day, it is not true. The deposit is preauthorised and once you left the preauthorisation was cancelled. Then it depends on your bank to unblock the deposit. If you contact your bank they will do immediately. If not it will take about three weeks before they will do. Depends on customers bank. If would not be sometimes very bad damaged or all people would pay the drinks they take, it should be not necessary to require any deposit. Kind regards.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review before I finish my stay, but on this occasion I felt I had to. Like anyone else, I read up on the reviews before heading here, my heart sank. They were terrible. I was not looking forward to my trip at all. However, I arrived. The hotel the fine, the staff are friendly, right from reception to the cleaners in the morning. The room, although a bit out dated, is fine. The bathroom is huge, the room itself is a big size. The room and bathroom are clean, the hotel is clean. The hotel is quite secure with a door code required for entry at night. The check in process was smooth and easy. The reviews do not reflect the hotel, come and try for yourself.

The hotel is far enough outside the center to be quiet. Walking distance to the station is 40 minutes to the Charles bridge is about half an hour. The room was very small, not like the picture we saw when we booked. We had 2 single beds that were pushed together and one of them was against the wall so you had to exit the bed via the other bed or at the foot of the bed. The size of the bathroom was Ok and there was plenty of hot water but some of the ceiling was brown from water damage and the sink had multiple long cracks across it. There was a sign in the bathroom saying if you wanted the towels changed, please leave them on the floor. We did. When we returned to the room late that night the towels we left on the floor had been hung on the radiator, 2 of them were still damp !!!!!! If you don't plan to replace them, don't put up the sign. There were 2 windows one behind the other, you have to open both to let any air in, no possibility to open a small window. There were lots of small insects, like fruit flies in the room. When you arrive they require a deposit for the room, (they said in case you break anything). My experiebce is that most hotels now just take a credit card as the guarantee but do nto actually deduct the money from your account. It seemed strange. When the reception is closed, you can leave your luggage at the reception but it is not secure there, there is no locked press for it.

Dump. Dirty, smelly, rough. Should be 1 star. Avoid at all costs. Floors were sticky. Stains on the bedding. Cigarette dog ends and smell of smoke in room. Horrible staff. Rude and abrupt Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I do not recommend this place at all

A very bad experience. Arrogant owner. no professionalism whatsoever. When we arrived (8:30 p.m.), the door was closed, no one at the reception, no one at the provided phone number answered (neither by text message nor by phone). We had to leave and stay in another hotel and pay when our stay at this lodging was already prepaid. Around midnight, we received an answer from the hotel (the door code and the room number) and a confirmation that we could come to the hotel the next day. The owner fixed us an appointment at 3 p.m. to settle the situation (reimbursement of the first prepaid night) and told us that he was the manager and not a reception agent who would always be present He tells us that he will provide us a refund on the card but no refund was made until today and there was no reply from him (he only saw and had read our messages on whatsApp without reply). Throughout the stay he harassed us with messages all the time promising us things without doing them. No clarity in the establishment, no communication between the staff.

- 08.10.2022, I booked via Agoda a double room for a family with two children (7 & 12) and two adults. 198,96€ (inkl. Kurtaxe) for 3 nights in Praha from 29.10 to 01.11 was an attractive price but that was normal price at that time. This Hotel was chosen because of its Feedback, Location and "safe parking". Two day later, I did checked again the offer of this room for two people at the same time was 30€ fewer and the price for family with two children is only 191€ (the last room available). - 09.10.2022, I sent a mail to request the confirmation of the booking and enquire the price of park place for a car. On 11.10, I received only the reply from someone with the name Marco about the parking price (400 Kc per car/night) and inquire my phone number for more information. Nothing anymore about the confirmation or booking error. I replied immediately the phone number. - 26.10.2022, I received a message from the Hotel via Agoda: "Good day, we must inform you that your reservation is cancelled. It is also not allowed to book a double room as quadruple and on Hotel Agoda policy there is not place for other guests in a double room. A double room must be booked for 2 people not for 3 or 4 at the price of 2 people. The only possibility is to book for one adult and one child or for two adults in a double room. Or in case require an extra bed per each person or child added, which it would cost 40 Euro more per night, per person ( so 80 Euro in total per night ) but not in a double room. Please send us all informations to send you the refund for the reservaton or contact Agoda, as better for you. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards." Like a blackmail! I could pay more than their offer. But I feel that they don't deserve this cunning way of doing business. I replied instantly my Paypaladdresse to enquire the refund. Until 05.11.2022 I haven't received the refund yet. I muss claim Paypal about this case.

Last night, after researching hotels in Prague for about 2-3 hours, we thought this was the place we wanted. Unfortunately we were wrong. As you know, finding a hotel is an issue that takes time and requires research. After deciding on this hotel, I wanted to make a reservation through ***********, but I couldn't because I didn't have a credit card. Then I found the hotel's own website and they said they will give 10% discount if you book here. When I wanted to make a reservation from here, the site was not working properly and did not allow it. In this case, I called their phone number and stated that I wanted to make a reservation. They showed a constructive attitude on the phone and said that if I sent an e-mail, they would make a reservation immediately and apply the discount. As soon as I hung up the phone, I sent the necessary information by e-mail and requested a reservation. However, although I waited for hours in the evening, unfortunately I could not get an answer and I could not reach when I called. Then they send me an email tomorrow afternoon. The prices they offered were higher than the prices on *********** (but if you look on their website they offer 10% discount). Of course I was very surprised. We've never spoken on the phone like this before. And they got back to my mail quite late. I immediately responded back and reminded them what we were talking about, took a screenshot of the cheaper price on *********** and the discount on their site and shared it with them. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel very well situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance from main attractions (around 20 min) and very close to nice bars and restaurant and the river promenade.
