Clean, excellent staff, pleased overall!

Husband and I came to have a weekend away. Unfortunately, we werent able to enjoy our stay. We tried so swim and were met with a large group of kids beimg extremely disrespectful and splashing us constantly and bring food and drink into the pool. We couldn't do it any longer and had to leave the pool. When we called the front desk about it, they didn't do anything. In our room we found bugs and the heating panel on the wall looked lie it was falling off the walls. Late into tje night all we could hear were kids acreaming and running up and down the halls.

Comfort Suites is our go-to place in the Milwaukee area. I love the pool, hot tub and breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus they have great customer service.

It was good. The room was a nice size. We were in one of the balcony rooms. Which felt very secluded and private! It did smell like the pool a little bit. Which I should have known was gonna happen because it was next to the pool, but the smell went away after a bit.

We travel a lot and this was one of the best places we've stayed. Awesome helpful staff. Nice area.

Our 3 night stay was great! From the front desk staff to breakfast staff everyone was polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Room was recently updated. However many cobwebs, ants, batroom behind toilet was not very clean. Dirt, dust, ants, cobwebs.

Pros: The lady who cooks breakfast was the sweetest. There was also a guy who works at the front desk who was very helpful. Cons: while swimming the kids and I kept getting cut. Ants were in the room and the pool area.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and outstanding staff. Weve been here 2 weeks and will be returning.

Everyone k encountered was willing to help out. Property is very clean. Breakfast offered had a good variety.

The checkin experience was great, with no long line. The room was clean and didn't smell bad like a lot of other hotels I've been to. It had a nice TV, and a little lounge area with a couch. The area isn't super quiet because it's near the airport, so there are always planes flying overhead. But, the traffic was not bad. My room had a flickering light outside the window that was distracting, but it wasn't noticable after I closed the blinds. The hot tub was out of service for my visit, which isn't necessarily the properties fault.

The 1st room we checked to had a horrible smell to it and the bathroom sink did not drain. The next day we switched rooms. Room definitely smelled much better. However the bathtubs drained slow and there was little black sugar ants. Staff was fantastic and very friendly.

It was an amazing hotel. Our kids loved the pool! We spent hours in the pool. We had the presidential suite and it was very spacious and big enough for our family's needs.

This property is very clean, newly renovated, and reasonably priced! The Manager was very respectful!
