Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort Reviews

I stayed in three hotels in Lombok, all with similar prices. The Sheraton was a bit old in facilities and the service was average.

In the traditional Senggigi area of ​​Lombok, I personally think the hotel has the best hardware. Traditional Balinese style, fully functional, a little old-fashioned, but affordable. You can feed cats and turtles, and there is a small children's golf course. The first-floor guest rooms are connected to the public area, which is convenient for access and can be used for drying. The swimming pool is very good. The hotel is blocked by the cape to the west, and the view is average. Mount Agung cannot be seen. There is a black sand beach outside, and you can go to the sea, but there is nothing on the seabed. You can go sea fishing in Senggigi Bay, take a regular boat to Bali, and charter a boat to Gili Island.

In the evening, you can watch the whole sunset with a glass of wine and some food at the hotel's seaside restaurant. The Asian food in the restaurant is better than Western food. Check in The sunsets were different every night. Although I didn't go to many scenic spots, the few days I stayed in the hotel were really good healing medicine for working people. I stayed in 3 hotels during this trip to Indonesia, and the Sheraton was the most satisfactory. The staff are warm and friendly. The pizza in the hotel is very delicious. The location is also very good. For snorkeling on the three Gili Islands, you can board the boat directly on the hotel beach. When returning to Bali, you can choose the boat departing from Senggigi Pier. It is 200 meters away on foot. It is very convenient. There are also many supermarkets around, making shopping very convenient. The hotel spa is more professional than the ones outside, and it only costs 130 yuan per person after a 50% discount.

Very hospitable and good service by all staff. Well maintained grounds, rooms and facilities. Matured gardens and idyllic ambience. Beach at your feet literally. We were even given a complimentary tea and a farewell gift bag by Tamara the friendly guest relations staff. Staff uniquely dressed in local native dress. A delightful stay!

The location is superb, excellent service provided by hotel staffs, fantastic pool and best is…breakfast Becos Hartono (hotel staff) will be at the breakfast area to play piano every morning.

Good accommodation with great facilities

I have visited Sheraton many times, and this time I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel has made some adjustments. For example, the chocolate spread for breakfast is back. It was canceled and replaced with chocolate beans. My children and husband were very disappointed. The walls have been repainted white, and they have also noticed improvements in the software, such as inviting local artworks to be sold.

It should be the best and most cost-effective hotel nearby. The location is reasonable, not too far from the center (7-8 minutes walk to shopping, drinking and massage places), and not noisy. The sunset is beautiful on the beach, and you can drive further north. More beautiful in more than ten minutes~ The hotel staff are all very nice, and their English is no problem. The people at Aldi at the pool bar are super nice, and the happy hour is great, but it doesn’t include GT hahaha. The breakfast is also quite good, and there is also piano playing. Great value🤗
