The receptionist's attitude is very bad. I checked in around 11pm on a Sunday, but the receptionist at that time seemed to look down on foreigners. When I told him my name, he said "I'm asking if it's correct or not" and asked for a quick answer, and continued talking in Korean, saying "You should have said that from the beginning". I think it's very scary for people who don't understand Korean at all. I will never stay there again, and I don't want people to have a bad experience when they come to travel.

It was the worst ever. I have never written a bad review, but it was really the worst, so let me share it. It's a long story, but I hope you will read it. The attitude of the man who only speaks Korean and is there late at night is the worst. First of all, even though we made a reservation for three people, the slippers, pajamas, and towels were all for two people. When we went to the front desk to get them, he said with a dissatisfied face and attitude that we were just going to sleep, with gestures, and we never got another set. We also needed bath towels, so we asked again, but he said to tell us the room number, but he didn't believe us, and he asked to see the room key, and when we showed it, he reluctantly threw the towels on the desk without even looking us in the eye. Since we were staying for several nights, we went to get new towels and toilet paper, and when we told the staff what we wanted in Korean and English, they said, "This?" and I'm sure they understood, but they told us to speak properly in Korean, and while they were paying us off, they told us to go back to our room in Korean, and in front of us as we were pressing the elevator button, they called us in a very angry voice to complain about us. I was so surprised that I gave up and went back to my room, but another staff member brought it to me. As you can see in the picture, I can't understand why we couldn't get what we were supposed to get when we asked for it. We didn't even ask for the room to be cleaned for one day, we just asked for the bare necessities. Because of this staff member, we couldn't enjoy our trip to Korea, it was stuck in my head all the time. The hotel was supposed to be a place to rest, but it was a depressing place. The room had stains all over the walls and futon, bloodstains? and lots of dust. The water drainage was also very poor, the toilet was behind the shower, so it was impossible to go to the toilet after a shower, and the exhaust fan turned off automatically, so the water smelled like mold, and it was very dirty. The room was dirty and the attitude was bad, so I recommend not staying here. Among them, there was one really nice staff member. It seems that one amenity item was missing from the front desk, so the male staff member came up to my room with me and brought it over, and was very kind. This hotel may be the result of that staff member.

Unlike the photos on the website, the building and rooms are dirty. I think the location is convenient, but I can't recommend it.

It seemed older than it looked in the photos. The gaskets and corners of the bath were covered in mold, and the towels were stained. It was a cheap price for one night, and the location was good, but it didn't feel clean, which was a bit disappointing. I was able to leave my suitcase there, but it was just left haphazardly in the lobby, and it didn't seem like the front desk was keeping an eye on it. I guess it can't be helped considering the price, but there are many nicer places with better service for the same price, so I wouldn't recommend booking if you're concerned about this.

It was nice that the station was relatively close. However, I was a bit concerned that there was a slight stain on the towel. I thought the space was large enough that I could spread out my carry-on suitcase.

One terrible part about the hotel is the stairs before u get to your hotel room. I had 3 luggage’s and carrying them up and down on checkin and checkout day was painful. The worst part is you need to let the water run 5min minimally before the hot water starts running out. Imagine standing in the shower clothless waiting for the hot water to shower in the cold weather. Room size is ok, hotel is definitely dated but for the price paid, no complains. The corridor is also eerily dark, barely any lights, and doesn’t help that the room number is constantly flickering. Feels like a scene out of a horror movie. Saving grace is it’s near ddm and there’s Netflix!

It’s my first time staying here and I think it’s average in every aspect, but I think it’s okay in terms of having a bathtub👍 If you need it next time, you can consider it because there is a bathtub where you can relax 👍

It was close to the mask shop and DDP, and even if you were tired from shopping late at night, the hotel was close, so the location was good! The room looked better in the photo, so it was a bit disappointing, but the sheets and towels were clean, the room was fairly spacious, and it had floor heating, so it was comfortable! I guess I shouldn't have high expectations for the toilet and bath.

The first room I was given smelled of cigarettes and looked completely different from the photo, so I had to change the room. It's obviously older than it looks in the photo, and the inside of the building is also dark. When I checked in, I was handed the key without any explanation, and when I went to the front desk because I had a problem, it seemed like the response time had passed, and they responded in a very grumpy manner, and then I was turned away. There are a lot of problems with the service. I don't recommend it from a Japanese perspective.

Prefer for solo male travellers who just needs to put down their bag and luggages for a short trip. Clean, but uncomfortable bed. No closet, no water, broken shower head.

I didn't know how to turn on the hot water in the shower... Other than that I think it's normal. I think the location is good as it is a short walk from the station.
