Basic but does the job. Staff didn’t speak English but still were keen to help. The room and bed was big so no issues. seemed clean enough. :) Cost 60rmb from the airport. Using didi would be cheaper

Nice given the price. Have shuttle bus at midnight to the hotel, also have shuttle to the subway the next day. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

Best suited for business travellers due to location. Offers free shuttle bus to airport T1 and T2. Cleanliness is not best, and services is basic, but it is reflected with the price. If on a budget I would say its okay, but personally found the cleanliness an issue. Decor is nice, bathrooms are relatively good standards, just the rooms need to match more

Friendly and helpful staff altho they can’t speak English they tried their best . Offered us airport services . Room was old and dirty . Had a very bad smell . We just needed to sleep over for four hours. It’s not too close to the airport. It’s right out in nowhere and finding a taxi early hours of the morning is not easy .

The location was quite good but not the best because if you want to go out and walk around for a while or find something to eat there aren'f any restaurants nearby so you need to call taxi or order food. Room wasn't clean like I expected because there was dust on the window and the other places. I would say it's a bit pricy for what you get on this location and for the service you pay.

For hotels near the airport and those who need to stay overnight for a short flight, this hotel is almost perfect. The hotel's various services and conditions are comparable to the Rolls-Royce of hotels. The front desk service is attentive, patient and polite. The room is clean and tidy. There are small restaurants nearby. The airport pick-up and drop-off service is very attentive. The only small drawback is that the TV monitor in the room is not that clear but it gave me the opportunity to explore the towns and shopping malls surrounding the hotel. Overall this hotel has gained a repeat customer.

If it wasn't for the early morning flight, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. The work area looked OK, the pick-up service was good, and the wake-up service was good. But the overall check-in experience was terrible. First of all, the soundproofing was no different from having it. I had a 6am flight, and after checking in at 10pm, I was disturbed by all kinds of noises, including snoring from the next door, fighting in the corridor, and talking, and this noise lasted until 3am. Probably to save electricity, the bathroom and corridor use induction. I was also impressed by this magical setting by the bed. The power card was clearly unplugged, but the light kept flashing.

This hotel I booked when I was stranded at Pudong Airport provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. It is a very cost-effective, clean and good express hotel next to the airport. It has a five-star rating and is recommended for those who need to stay near Pudong Airport.

The room is really not clean. When I took a shower, there was a big clump of hair left by the previous guest in the bathroom. Didn't they even look at it when the guest room was being cleaned? The bath towels are still rotten and are given to guests without checking. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel and I am very angry😡

The air conditioner was leaking, and the suitcase was right under the air conditioner, and the suitcase was soaked. Like a waterfall. Don't stay here.
