Very far frok city but near to airport. Goo thing they offer free shuttle to/from airport and to/from Disney.

The location is near to the airport with shuttle bus service. The hotel has great amenities and facilities. We would like to thank every team member of Ji Hotel, specially to Sir Satoru for excellent service. Excellent service of the bot who served us deliveries.

The room I l stayed was not too big and has fake window. Can feel smoke in the room. Must be someone smoking in the room . Service is pretty good, provide shuttle bus between hotel and airport

About 20 minutes away from the airport. Enough for a short transit stay. But otherwise, small and understaffed for the amount of customers they are handling.

Had an early morning flight and choose this hotel because of the convenience of the location, just 20 mins drive away from Putong airport. However, the sound proof of this hotel is so bad. I can hear every door shut and ppl talking in the corridor. In the wee hours a bunch of guests arrive and they chatted among themselves in the room on the same floor as me without closing their door and I can hear every single words they talked about. It went on for more than half an hour and I have to go up to them to tell them close their doors so that the other guests can sleep. Quite disappointed with the staffs as they did nothing. We are on the first floor and the corridor is right next to the reception, I bet the staffs can hear them talking loud and clear but no one advise them to close their doors.
