We were not impressed. This hotel needs to be remodeled. Did not feel clean. We rented three room and they all had a smell to them.
The door to one of the rooms would stick and would not open.

Stay wasn’t too bad and room was decent. But their pool and hot tub need attention. Way too much Chlorine turned my daughter’s hair green after 10 minutes of being instantly turned green and would not come out. Went to a salon to get help and my daughter’s hair was completely damaged. I know chlorine and blondes typically do have some effect but not after 10 minutes

The hotel is very clean and neat. My only complaint is the location of our room (131). This room is positioned next door to the hotel laundry and is extremely loud during the day. I understand that laundry must be done daily, but the noise from the washers sounds like a jet is taking off beside us when the washers are spinning. Maybe this room should be used as storage (it is located next door to laundry) Other than that…all is fantastic.

Staff was amazing from check in to housekeeping friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom dated and worn looking but clean. Did not find the breakfast choices appetizing or plentiful.

Bathroom in the room was not very nice. On a noisy road. Property looks run down from the outside and inside.

It was ok, definitely a good price for one day so it’s what’s expected. I do think they should invest in another waffle maker and just do a double check their conditioners/shampoos, toilet paper, etc.

I had a reservation elsewhere but arrived in town 2 days early. This was an amicable accommodation for that purpose. Parking is a bit limited, breakfast options are fine, Big E Pizza is great.

The inside of room is run down!! And not really clean!! The baseboards, and tub caulking!were dirty!
The bed was great, clean and comfy!!
Staff very friendly! Good pizza place close!
The breakfast was great!

During three days of our stay 3 Days .2 Days are ok we just came for sleep .Third Day was terrible fire alarm was on around 2 am and won’t stop .Happened twice unable to sleep .

The staff was very accommodating with my request for a room on the 2nd level. The con is that it fronts a very busy street but it did quiet down around midnight even on a Friday night. The room was clean though the sink was slow and I was unable to open the window due to a broken fixture but overall, the room was comfy. TV had lots of cable channels and beds were relatively comfy. I had 2 queen beds in the room so would stay here again. Lastly, it's very convenient with nearby restaurants - across the street, next door, down the block....

Asked if we could get our room near our friends. They said no problem. Gave us our key card then after wandering around for a bit discovered our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from our friends. Once we found our room the key card wouldn’t work. Had to walk back to the front of the hotel to get the correct key card. Walked back to the other end of the complex to our room but once we got in all the knobs were busted on the heater/ac unit. Called front desk again to come and fix. They eventually did a temporary fix.

Very noisy, you can hear people in and out all night. I try to get the transportación to the airport and the set time within two hours of waiting, no convenient for tourist. Place was dirty and parking was very busy with trucks and business matter . No recommended

Hair dryer was broken and nobody was able to give us a working one, the ac/heat unit would randomly work and then not, the light switch was broken in the bathroom, and the breakfast options were always out no matter how much earlier we went.

VERY noisy, couldn’t believe how loud the outside was
Very small tv
Shower didn’t drain well
Heater was wonky
We signed up the night prior for the cruise port shuttle. Morning of we arrive 7 minutes early and the shuttle had already left with no warning or room call. No one told us the shuttle would leave prior to the departure time. They had an employee take their personal car 15 minutes later to drop us off. While appreciated, it was very odd all in all. I feel they forgot about us.
