The room is very clean and quite spacious for two people. We have our private toilet which is a major plus for this type of hotel. Overall, great value for the money

First of all, I really liked that there was a bath inside. I was able to relieve all the fatigue from a day of travel. The check-in time is 4:00, but I arrived around 3:00 and was just trying to store my luggage, but they already prepared everything and checked me in. The inside is always quiet, cool, and comfortable. And one of the rooms was dedicated to viewing carp. The water was so clear and the carp were so pretty. I had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

A Japanese inn with a long history. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. They were able to help us check in effectively. It was my first time staying in a Japanese inn, and the tatami was very novel. It was also a different experience. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. You can take bus 201 to Kiyomizu Temple, Shijo, etc., but please note that there are two types of 201, so don't take the wrong one. Refer to Google or Apple Maps.

Heian Shrine is nearby If you like quiet places with quiet surroundings, this is a nice accommodation. It's really neat and pretty. really nice

Комната организована функционально - футоны для сна, столик для вечернего чаепития, телевизор, кондиционер, воздухоочиститель. В рёкане всегда можно налить горячую воду и подогреть еду в микроволновой печи. На завтрак предлагали вариацию японских блюд - он существенно отличается от обычного европейского завтрака, но всё вкусно. Также есть общественные бани, где можно расслабить тело в купели с горячей водой после долгих походов по достопримечательностям. Сам район тихий, машин за окном мало и почти не слышно. До центра города можно добраться как на метро, так и на автобусах. Рядом есть комбини 24/7, где можно купить что-нибудь на завтрак или ужин, а также аптеки.
