Eu simplesmente n tenho palavras pra agradecer em relação a tudo deste hotel, vou embora com o coração feliz de saber que escolhi um lugar certo. (Para quem se incomoda com escadas, n vá) eu AMO, principalmente pelo ambiente ser no alto e rodeado de um jardim encantador!! Vale a pena cada centavo!! Meninos atendentes são um amor de pessoa, principalmente o atendente (recepcionista) Igor, que nos tratou muito bem e trabalha demais❤️ vcs n vao se arrepender 💖

I simply don't have words to thank for everything at this hotel, I'm leaving with a happy heart knowing that I chose the right place. (For those who are uncomfortable with stairs, don't go) I LOVE it, especially because it is high up and surrounded by a charming garden!! It's worth every penny!! The attendant boys are lovely people, especially the attendant (receptionist) Igor, who treated us very well and works really hard❤️ you won't regret it 💖

Achei a pousada uma graça! Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. O quarto é muito bom, confortável, limpo e tem uma vista maravilhosa!

Pontos de melhoria: 
1) Restaurante precisa melhorar bastante. Fiz o pedido de filet mignon com nhoque de abóbora e estava bem ruim. A carne completamente sem gosto e cinza acompanhada do nhoque massudo e sem gosto tb. Me cobraram caro pela refeição. O café da manhã é honesto, gostoso.

2) SPA. Sei que é uma empresa terceirizada, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar tb. Solicitei uma massagem via WhatsApp e as massoterapeutas não respondiam de jeito algum. Tive que solicitar a recepção da pousada para entrar com contato com o SPA. Ao chegar para a massagem, as funcionárias estavam fazendo massagem uma na outra, por isso não estavam me atendendo e, para completar passei um constrangimento ao me cobrarem adiantado a massagem, mesmo eu informando que pagaria assim que finalizassem o serviço. Experiência ruim.



I found the inn a grace! All staff very attentive and polite. The room is very nice, comfortable, clean and has a wonderful view!

Improvement points:
1) Restaurant needs a lot of improvement. I ordered filet mignon with pumpkin gnocchi and it was pretty bad. The meat is completely tasteless and gray accompanied by the gnocchi, which is massive and tasteless as well. I was charged a lot for the meal. Breakfast is honest, yummy.

2) SPA. I know it's a third-party company, but the service needs to improve too. I requested a massage via WhatsApp and the massage therapists were unresponsive at all. I had to request the reception of the inn to contact the SPA. When I arrived for the massage, the employees were giving each other a massage, so they weren't assisting me and, to top it off, I was embarrassed when they charged me for the massage in advance, even though I informed them that I would pay as soon as they finished the service. Bad experience.

Hotel excelente, funcionarios muito prestativos, recepcao funciona 24hs, piscina otima p quem vai com criancas. Cafe da manha mto bom. Higiene mto boa. Vista maravilhosa. Excelente localizacao.  This is a nice hotel, the employes are very kind and give us good attention. The swimming pool area in excelente to those  adults that have children. Excelente breakfast. Wonderfull view.

Special food and care . Wonderful kitchen . The staff is adorable . Gardens are super well cared and governance is special . All indications are relevant . Without any other . I'm sure back . And I recommend everyone to ask me.
