Overrated Michelin one-star hotel with a five-star rating!! My room had two single beds. One bed was prepared with a light summer duvet, which felt perfectly appropriate given that the temperature was close to 30°C. However, my bed was fitted with a thick winter down duvet. Despite having the air conditioning on, I found it extremely difficult to sleep and was feeling very warm throughout the night. I adjusted the temperature, but it became too cold for the other side of the room while my duvet was still far too warm. The next morning, I kindly asked the staff if it would be possible to change it to a lighter duvet. After a couple of requests, someone came to assist. However, the replacement duvet was not quite the right size, and the excess fabric was folded and tucked inside the cover. It was a small detail, but one I didn’t expect from a five-star hotel experience. Hopefully, this can be a reminder that comfort is often found in the little things.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained, with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere throughout. Cleanliness was also at a very high standard, both in the room and in the common areas. A special highlight was the fine dining restaurant located within the hotel. The food, presentation, service, and overall dining experience were truly excellent and added something very special to our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a great combination of comfort, style, convenience, and quality. I would gladly stay here again.

First, the service at this hotel was unfriendly, and second, the soundproofing was poor. Lastly, the location is good.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Stayed at InterContinental Sofia during a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Sofia, close to major landmarks, restaurants, and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and attentive, and the overall service quality was impressive. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of choices. A very comfortable and reliable option when staying in Sofia.

Super clean room, and wonderful reception. Nice location where most of the places can go by walk.
