Sveta Sofia Hotel

Hotel was in an OK location with many of the tourist attractions within walking distance. Room was adequate and clean. Our shower door was broken so water went everywhere unless you held on to the shower head. Breakfast was very limited with no fruit or salad available.

The location is really great, room and toilet is big. One thing is that the corridors and the lobby of the hotel were a bit dark.

Very friendly service,excellent location, walking distance to station 5min,direct train to airport for 0.80cents. Plenty restaurants and bars around. Room was basic but cleaned,coffee tea facility. Room got very hot but you can open the window, only downside was not hot food available for breakfast as bemmari was broken. Good selection of ham and cheese which was enough for us to start the day. I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria.

The definition of the perfect location. Metro line with connection to the airport just 4 minutes away. Every attraction is just within 5 to 12 minutes walking range. Literally. So basically, Sofia is on your feet. The employees were always there to help you with anything you might ask. Clean room with a nice comfy bed, king size, they said, a comfy double bed, I say. Nice buffet for breakfast with a great variety of products. I will definitely come back anytime!!!

First of all, Trip.com should not allow these kind of hotels offers for rooms with breakfast with just literally, salami, coffee and bread. No fruits at all, no eggs, no other things that my toddler can eat. You guys should refund me for what I pay extra for the breakfast. I even reprimanded the hotek staff for what kind of breakfast offer was that? It’s a big joke!!! Yes location is ok and that’s it. Please do not ever book this hotel. They should be ***** out of the trip.com or any hotel booking app for Sofia travel. PLEASE. The worst breakfast I have seen in my yeara of travelling. Unbelievable.
