Good hotel good breakfast need more food snacks in The rooms

A very comfortable hotel. It is very easy to find with good parking and clean and tidy facilities. Room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue was that the lighting in the room was a bit dull. Restaurant provided a good menu with tasty food. Service was excellent with polite and friendly staff.

The new and old management were so caring, so nice, I had my wedding reception there and they took excellent care of us

The property was everything promised and more. The room was spacious, clean and a pleasure to occupy

Comfortable and quiet. Slightly confusing access from road. Helpful to have a more prominent signage.

The lounge chairs and sofa was very old and vinyl lining was peeling off and made the place look old General appearance inside a bit shabby - tiny TV and no toaster

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Safe surrounding and convenient.

Overall the room was good and the stay was enjoyable....only issue was that the room was not serviced on the last day.....

We stayed here precovid- this stay were a little dissapointed with how the room wasn’t in as good condition as it had been.

Located in a quiet spot, good location to explore Blue Mountains

There was no check in, they just left a key under the mat outside the door. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Pillows were really flat and the bed linens were really worn out and had a strong perfume smell to them. I’m not sure if that was because they weren’t clean or the soap they use.

Clean, warm, electric blankets, lovely welcoming relief manager. Room had very worn furniture and loud fan in bathroom.
