Very satisfied!

The building condition is awful, the elevator floor is coming up, luggage racks are broken carpet in rooms is frayed, bleach stains down the hallway carpet. The rooms are tiny, half the lights didn’t work the curtains were frayed. The first room they put us in had dirty sheets on both beds. The breakfast consisted of a dozen doughnuts, waffles and cereal at 7am. By far the worst Baymont I have ever stayed in!

The room was old and the furniture looked 30yrs old. The carpet was dirty and had stains on it. It looked like it was bought by Indians from Asia. The staff were mainly Indians. . Some of the Direct TV channels has no sound.

It was extremely had to understand the person that checked us in. The next morning we had to wake up the same person to check out. The ice machine was not working. The room was pretty clean.

The property appears to making improvements. The room was clean and everything worked great. The carpet had stains in many spots but appeared very clean.You will not find a manger more helpful then Lauren, she made my experience wonderful. Thank You for your kindness you went up and beyond what you had too do.I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Nebraska traveler Jo

This property was under repair with many things not done and may have been under new management trying to make it better.

This property is under construction the room are dirty. I filed a complaint with you requesting a refund.

They offered breakfast. Went at 7 am most all food was gone and they didn't refill anything. Had a barking dog in another room that kept waking us up.

The photos were not at all like they were advertised. The room smelled like it needed to be aired out and smelled like dust and mold. The coffee pot was dusty. The lock on the door was broken, then sheets were stained. The tub dripped all night and there was a dog that barked all night. Breakfast was 2 boxes Dunkin Donuts. I will not be returning to this location.

Shower didn't work. room had musky odor. Hair in sink. bug on shower curtain. Everyone at breakfast complain about options. ( toast and cereal and something the color of eggs. Obvious the owners don't care. They should sell this place. For a busy weekend in town, they had very little business. I see why now.

Stay was for 4 days and 3 nights. Had to have the card to the room reactivated every day cause it stopped working after 11 am. There was no water pressure in the shower and the shower head was about to fall off. Some of the rooms had pieces of paper taped to the doors stating to either remove the carpet or demolish the whole thing. The table in our room was about to fall apart. The carpet was nasty. The free breakfast consisted of stale cereal, stale bread, only coffee to drink, and they only made enough eggs for a couple of people. There was no coffee in the room and the coffee maker had not been cleaned. It had a used filter still in the coffee pot.

The water in the shower did not get warm. Personnel was not friendly. Nothing looked clean. If they did not get my credit card information when I made the reservation I would have gone somewhere else.

It was difficult to check in due to a language barrier. And 2 of the 5 rooms had bed bugs.

The hotel was dirty and they had very noisy people. We left in the middle of the night because the room next to us wouldn't be quiet. the hotel staff didn't do anything about it either. We asked three times for them to tell them to be quiet and nothing happened.
