Great stay in South Lake Tahoe! Excellent service, helpful front desk, convenient location, and plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

The room was clean but very small Disappointing stay despite a clean room The room was clean, but unfortunately it was much smaller than expected and lacked basic storage. There were no drawers for clothing, and the hanging space was very limited. The bed was also unusually high off the floor. The biggest issue was the noise. I could clearly hear guests upstairs walking around, with a very squeaky floor, and the noise continued until around 2 a.m. Then, at about 8 a.m., the cleaning crew was very loud outside the room, talking and taking cleaning supplies out of the closet next door. This made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, while the room was clean, the small size, lack of storage, and especially the noise from both other guests and the cleaning staff made the stay less comfortable than I expected.

the hotel room is clean and comfortable. services are good and friendly. I will come back again. The price was toward side of expensive, I guess it was high demand for the weekend.

Not only was it a lovely room (a little small, yet so cozy!) and location, but they have a cafe (that opens from 7am - 2pm, I believe) at the reception area and their entire menu is so delicious! 100% recommend, I will definitely be staying here again!

Chose this hotel for the location and the fact it looked great from the photos. However : There was a bad smell in the room which we couldn’t identify. TV was missing cables, coffee machine had no coffee, sink would not drain and hairdryer was faulty - the phone in the room can only accept calls and you can’t call out so we had to go to reception in minus temperatures to log the issues. In hindsight I would have spent a bit more and chosen another hotel, wouldn’t recommend this as an option if you’re in the area.

The deposit was 25, which was returned very quickly. It is a bear-themed hotel. There are indeed bears, but I didn't see them. When I got off, the bear had just left and was right next to my car.
