I booked a 2 queen-size bed room at the Zion Lodge fro two nights through Trip.com. When I checked in they had me down for a room in a cabin, not the lodge, in a two double-size bed room. And it was made in two separate bookings for the two nights, so I had to check out after the first night and then check back in. I feel like I did not get what I paid for, and Trip.com was not honest. I will not be using Trip.com again.

Historic hotel inside the park with lovely walks directly from hotel grounds. Reataurant on site with good food at a reasonable price. Room was very comfortable with a spectacular view from the balcony right off the room.

The cabin is lovely but because it’s a duplex, you hear your adjoining neighbor. It was very convenient to stay in the heart of Zion. Good experience.

The location is by far the best location to be when visiting Zion. It’s very beautiful and is located in Zion National Park. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was a great place. Wish that we had a first floor room because no elevators and we are in our 70's. The food in the lodge was just so so. The staff was very friendly and the view was magnificent

We liked how convenient it is in order to visit the park , but they could do better in the quality of the rooms and cleanliness. Also the food wasn’t great.

I'm a regular visitor of Zion National Park. But, I rarely treat myself to the finer accommodations in the area. This is because I spend most of my time hiking or backpacking. However, this Christmas I opted to stay at the Zion Lodge for two reasons. One, the Red Rock Grill was open for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (with advanced reservations, highly recommended), and, two, . And Two, what better way to spend Christmas if traveling solo? I stayed in a King room at the Sentinel building, which was very close to the Lodge (and restaurants) If one is staying in any of the cabins or in the Watchman building, note that you do have a couple minutes walk to the lodge and a little further to the shuttle access, which is on the north side of the propety. No luggage carts, but loading zones are available and fairly close. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful in and of themselves, but, of course, the attraction are the valley walls that surround it. The Mission-style furnishings are gorgeous and perfectly coordinated. Plenty of lighting options (even the bathroom has regular and "night" lighting). Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in-room. TV is very basic, but really, it's not an issue. Finally, all the staff I met were very helpful and friendly. They made my stay even more special.

A really cozy place to return to after a long day of hiking with incredible views right from the porch.

Location is superb!! The lodge sits in the most beautiful place. Is has great amenities, comfortable, with great views, convenient and safe. The restaurant is great and you are 10 min from the town for more options. I would love to come back and stay here again.

The property is very beautiful and facing Angel's landing. Restaurant food (including breakfast) is decent. Wifi is not available in the room. Wifi in the lobby is very very slow.

We checked in on a Wednesday. First thing I noticed was the door to our room wasn’t locked. Quickly threw our stuff down and headed out to hike. Came back once it got dark and realized our room had never been cleaned. The trash from previous guests was still in our trash cans, gobs of hair all over the shower and tub, glasses still sitting out on the bathroom sink. So I tried to be reasonable and I called the front desk and asked if our room could be cleaned the next day since it was bedtime by now. They told me yes. So the next day I head out to hike and I come back around 11AM and my room still hasn’t been cleaned. I called again and asked for it to be done and they assured me they were sending someone up right away. We go to dinner that afternoon and come home and AGAIN it had not been cleaned!!!! Management was completely dismissive towards me and only offered me complementary breakfast from their restaurant. Wow, what a gift considering I just paid almost $300/night for a dirty hotel room that I gave them THREE chances to make right!! The ONLY perk of this place is it’s the only hotel in the park. They’ve got a bunch of kids running the place who don’t care about customer service. Avoid this place as much as you can!

In a National Park so naturally beautiful. Cabin was great, friendly staff. Came in after dark and it is very dark, almost pitch black. Not advised. Make sure you have the code for the canyon gate during shuttle season otherwise you won't get access to the road. They send it in an email (outdated but code right)

The Zion Lodge is located at the center of the park making it convenient for all the park attractions. I would describe the lodge as rustic. We stayed in one of the cabins. The cabins have no TV and the cellular/Wifi are spotty at best. The floors were dirty and needed cleaning. The food at the on-site restaurant was mediocre at best. There may be better options in nearby Springdale unless you want to stay in the heart of the park.
