Love the hotel! Nice and neat, staffs are friendly! Strong recommend! Breakfast is good

Fantastic hotel, great location walking distance from St Andrews. The staff were really attentive and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in one of the gatehouse rooms which was really spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Delightful stay. Close to Saint Andrews, but with easier parking! Beautiful gardens, kind staff.

Great, clean hotel with comfortable rooms. The bar is well stocked and the food in the restaurant was outstanding.

Rufflets hotel oozes charm and elegance. The staff are particularly good. We had a slight issue with Wi-fi and they could not have been more apologetic. We were offered an alternative room but my disability prevented my acceptance of the offer. The menu is very good and varied. Altogether we enjoyed our stay very much and would go back there again.

Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing couple of nights, in a traditional setting with a positive ambience. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, even providing items we had forgotten to pack. Service at breakfast was particularly slow the first morning, but better on the second.

Set in its own gardens and with a vegetable plot for the Restaurant together with being family owned, it is unique with St Andrews.

Overall this hotel is nice enough but is missing the wow factor which the main hotels in St Andrew has. Very poor service in the bar, we had to go and search for the barman. Certain areas of the hotel needs dim TLC, a bit dated. Overpriced for what we received.

Everything was perfect in terms of ameniries and beauty of the place aa well as the staff being very kind The food on the other hand was quite disappointing and overpriced.

Very beautiful site with nice and big room, have a nice garden and fresh eggs from the farm. Lots of parking spaces

Peaceful lovely estate with beautiful gardens. Fabulous breakfast and dinner. However the ambience at dinner could be improved. The lights were extremely bright and it ruined the mood, which was unfortunate because the food was excellent.
