Wonderful, modern hotel with a fabulous pool on the roof deck. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Rooms are large and airy with balconies and the staff keep them spotlessly clean. I can’t wait to go back. Close to fabulous shopping, the bus line and many bars, restaurants, shops, and cafés

Nice place. Very friend check in staff. The restraunt had great food, wonderful old fashions, and fabulous staff. Rooms are great. Had maid service every day, that's unusual in the states. Everybody was so kind. Only thing it was very hot in the room and they couldn't turn it down. We turned heat off and kept patio door open.

What a disappointing stay. Overall, the room was clean. But it seems that there was no handover between the employees at the reception desk. Upon arrival,we were told that we could have a late breakfast and check out late the next day. However, the next day when we went for breakfast we were told that breakfast hours were as per usual. We also asked for some toothpaste and we were told that they ran out of them. Some staff had a bad attitude. We were just trying to get our money’s worth after all. I would avoid this hotel.

I really liked Number 11, it felt young and modern - the decor was really tasteful and stylish. Service was great. Rooftop pool and bar were nice with a great view of the surroundings. Room was great with a nice bathroom/shower. The breakfast was not bad, but I’ve had more choice in other hotels. The restaurant in the hotel was really good, with great cocktails. Not so keen on Paceville though, rather urban and built-up for my tastes. If you’re coming for the nightlife, then it’s a short walk to lots of good bars, restaurants and clubs.

Spent 10 days here in Spetember. Location is not good for couples, more suited to 18-22 year olds that want to party. The food is unbearable, the pool food and dinner in the restaurant are both awful. The breakfast is truly inedible, I couldn't even drink the coffee. Apart from the 1 or 2 staff members that were very nice to us, the majority of the staff are very rude, you ask the bar staff at the pool to make 1 drink and they roll their eyes. That is, of course, if there is actually a staff member at the pool bar. The amount of times we tried to order a drink there only to see that there were no staff at the bar, they would usually return every 30 mins... and then leave 30 minutes later again. On 3 separate occasions, we ordered some food, only to find out after 45 minutes that the staff member never put the order through. The pool is one nice point, although the staff treated the pool with 2 bags of salt one of the days and the salt sat in a mound in the water for 2 days. I'm not an expert in how to maintain a pool but I'm pretty sure that adding 5kg of salt is useless. Rooms are a little worn down, marks on the walls, beds/bedsheets seem old and cheap, some of the lights didn't work. I asked about some excursions we wanted to go on, the manager looked at me like I had 3 heads. He recommended a company to use and couldn't tell me where they were even located. It was as if it was his first time looking at the brochures he was giving me. The restaurant options are not great around the hotel either, all cheap tourist trap style restaurants around the area. Malta is a lovely country but if you want to visit, I would stay away from this hotel.

We visited Malta for our first time and we choose Number 11 as our stay in this trip and it was The best choise! The place is very central and close to everything. We we’re also close to Valetta. You can also find bus station in front of the hotel. The place is very beautiful, good looking and clean, our room was perfect and has everything we needed. The pool is also amazing and the hotel restaurant is very tasty. We enjoyed our breakfast a lot (you can also choose a cooked breakfast from the menu if you pay some extra money, but it was worth it, it was so good)! We also took the dinner here and it was delicious! The restaurant is also vegan friendly! The staff is so nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed. What I liked the most about the hotel is that they focus a lot on sustainability! Great job 👍🏻!

We went there for our graduation holidays and were there to party in Paceville. The hotel was great, everything clean and modern, friendly staff, nice food and breakfast buffet! perfect location and the price was also good!

THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS AND THE MANAGEMENT UNWILLING AND ******* UNWILLING TO REFUND IN TIMELY MANNER ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS. Photos of bugs and bitten up arms and legs.

The people who cleaned my room did a great job, the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious, the access to fresh, cold water on the 1st floor was great! I thought my room size was fine (I had an accessible room). The restaurant next door was an added delight and convenience. And the front desk people were mostly knowledgeable and very responsive when I had issues with my room! But a few things that I think would help improve guest experience, and some especially for people with mobility issues as I have: Please install a grab bar in the walk-in shower, the marble tiled floors could get quite slippery when wet. It would also be nice to have a rubber shower mat available for that slippery floor. The TV never worked and in the time I stayed there, it was never repaired. I traveled with 8 other guests and they also had that problem. The pool for a person with mobility issues, was quite difficult to enter. It would be helpful to install a hand railing . And something puzzling, when you went to the 1st floor for breakfast, the elevator opened to a very dark lobby, with 2 doors, and no signage as to where the breakfast dining room was located, so strange. Maybe light up that 1st floor lobby and put up a sign on the door to the dining room, simple improvements, for sure, but they could go a long way!

I was absolutely blown away by this find, great property and very professional hospitality. I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. They certainly may my experience away feel like home.

Very centrally located but the while adjacent area is suffering from lack of care. Unfinished buildings, abandoned restaurants and uncleaned streets which is which is shame because the hotel itself is nice and clean and tidy. All local info is via an app, no maps, etc at reception. This is fine if you have Internet connection bit otherwise useless. Poor TV reception (could have been in part due to high winds) and room smelled of damp. Excellent continental breakfast and service especially Camila who was a font of local knowledge, much better than the app and reception staff. Hot cooked dishes are available at breakfast but are charged at a 20% discount off the shown prices (not cheap). Restaurant and bar do not open until 5pm so drinks not available during the day. The hotel lacked the personal touch which would have made it so much better.

The past weekend we stayed at Number 11 which was recommened by a dear friend Gabrielle Curmi, and the only regret we had was that we did not extend our stay to another night. The hotel was great! The staff was very polite, the rooms were beautiful and clean, an all round lovely experience. This was our first and surely not our last time.
