There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

The facilities are average. On the second day of stay, only new blankets were put in and the sheets were not made!

There were no amenities, and the train at the nearest station stopped working due to a strike, so it was a pretty remote place. Even though I had to clean the room for 5 days, the towels were not changed or cleaned even once, and the soap at the water area was not replaced. It was terrible.

Good size family room, good value. Free plentiful parking Lots of shops and food places locally Shame that the free wi fi is only 30 minutes, and £3 for 24 hours. For the sake of the £3 might as well just make it free in my opinion. Buffet breakfast not bad, plenty of choice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Stayed here for 1 night after going to chessington yesterday. The worst Travelodge we have ever stayed in. Key card wouldn’t work so had to get it changed. You have to ask for a hairdryer. No conditioner only shampoo/body wash in room. Shower cold and not powerful and breakfast rubbish! My own fault I was late booking so the one we usually stay in was fully booked. Wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is a great way to end a day at Chessington World of Adventure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean. Bar where we could eat and relax after dinner. Breakfast very good value for Money. My 12 year old son keeps commenting on it. We can not seem to find a sticky toffee pudding as the one he had at the travel lodge. Good excuse to use again, as I am sure we will. Thanks

This Travelodge was very easy to find, although the car park wasn't very well signposted. You have to wait to be buzzed in from the top car park and the lifts are very well signposted when you first enter. When I found the room, I had been given a family room, which I was very surprised about being a woman on my own, having a room for 4/5 people. I went to the party that I had been invited to and my key wouldn't work for when I got back which isn't very good, when you are desperate for the toilet and then have to go down to reception to get the key card to be reactivated to work in the door for your room. The beds were very comfortable, the restaurant was OK. although was a bit basic. It looks like it could do with a small reverberation, the corridors could do with a good hoover. The manager I saw on the Sunday morning was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. I would use this Travelodge again

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at Travelodge Tolworth whilst visiting the Merlin theme parks. The stay were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. This Travelodge is located next to M&S, Boots, and Tesco express. It is in easy travel distance to the Merline theme parks.
