The room was impeccable 👌 love the location it was in easy to get to food ,stores etc the bed was so comfortable I wish I could stayed there for a 1week but I had to work .I'm upset I didn't wake up in time for breakfast 😒 hopefully next time I book I can make the breakfast 🙂 will be booking again 🙂

One night stay but highly recommend Hilton Home2 Suites. Unique design is so refreshing! Everything you could possibly need on the road away from home. Bravo to whoever pulled this off!

Quit room,good breakfast, close to airport. No shuttle on weekend which was a disappointment since advertising blurb says free airport shuttle. within walking distance from one restaurant.

All we needed was showers and beds for the night before out flights. And that's all it was. Nothing special. To have the kitchen amenities would have been helpful if we had stayed longer. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned, so we were given a second. It was satisfactory. Nothing special. There was no fan in the bathroom and the shampoo bottle was empty. There was only two towels, but the room slept 6? For the price of this hotel and the others in the area I expected a bitt more but it was very average and nothing special.

The stay was just ok. The breakfast the first morning was not good, the rooms were in disrepair not enough to not stay but enough it was disappointing the couch was worn and frayed the bathrooms had visible wear on things like the toilet the window shades did not work and things like the back doors were never closed or locked anybody could come in from the pool at any time which seemed unsafe. I’ve stayed at other home to suites that were amazing I hope the brand is great and this was a poor experience because my other experience in Orlando was great

The property seemed to be clean. But no one would go out of their way to do anything extra. Like pick up trash outside and vomit. Also was suppose to get room service to clean the room on the second day. Nobody showed up. The continental breakfast was it was less desirable, and the food was not fresh made. Also like the coffee was like flavored hot water. Was not coffee at all. The price we paid we could have stayed someone else.

Very easy checkin process. Shuttle/food pick up available within a 2- mile radius. Friendly staff.

Great and nice hotel, pretty modern. The room was huge, and had a nice little kitchenette. I did an overnight. The bathroom was super small compared to the room size, and the door almost hit the toilet, but not that big of a deal. You couldn’t get 2 people in there.

Everything thing was better than expected. Definitely will stay there or another Home2 again.

Check-in was ok. Assigned room 201. Started to unpack but discovered thermostat indicated ERROR. We had no heat. Contacted front desk. Told they would find us another room. We were moved to room 419. I specifically picked my room for the roll-in shower and handheld shower. The shower was half the size of room 201 and had a plain showerhead. Room was smaller and not equipped the same. VERY disappointed. This was my 1st time staying in a Home2 facility. After speaking with the morning clerk, she said she would give me a 30% discount off my stay. I have yet to see the discount but intend to follow up. Not sure how my stay would have been if not for being ruined in the 1st 30 minutes.

Check-in was a breeze which was a pleasant experience at 1:00 am in the morning. The room was extremely large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely will keep them in mind if I am in the Tampa area again.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to help us. We arrived way before checkin and our ro wasn't available yet. The front desk person saw how tired we were . She offered us breakfast and spoke with housekeeping to get us in a room as soon as she could. We was in a room within an hr. They offered shuttles to the mall as well as to the airport. Both drivers were so friendly. I would definitely return.

While the hotel was nice and spacious overall, I called the morning of check-in to ask about the airport shuttle service and was told it operated until midnight, only to arrive and make the call for pickup and be told that on Sundays, the shuttle is only available until 4pm and had to find our own way there with 2 families including 3 children and all our luggage

Really nice affordable hotel. Suites are clean and spacious. Breakfast offering is as good as much more expensive hotels. Only issue was that the liquid soap dispensers in our shower were empty.
