One of the best hotels in town, modern rooms, well decorated, amazing breakfast, great service, good location

Beautiful room

Busy location. Some of the staff do not speak English. I understand French and Arabic are the official languages in Morocco, however, anyone working in 5 star tourist hotel should speak enough English to take a simple order! This is not the case here! The King Size bed is not what you expect. I found out that there are 2 types of king size bed: The North American sizes (California, Alaska etc) and the Eastern size which is a tiny bit larger than a queen size. Rooms are small for a 5 star hotel. Restaurante menu is very limited and they don't some of the items on the menu. You have to ask for everything that normally comes with a meal - such as butter, catchup etc. Basically, it is a 3 world Hilton! However, it is probably the best place you could stay if you are in Tanger! Please do take the stairs. It is an emergency exit, but sign only says Stairs! You can go in but cannot get out unless someone opens the door from the inside. I got stuck!! I had to walk all the way to 15th floor until I found an open door! Dirty stairs and no lights in some areas. I had no phone to call someone, bit scary but good exercise!! Not what you expect in 5 star hotel. Again, trust me this is as good as it gets in Tanger! LOL!

Nice location, a lot of Crowd in reception

The hotel I stayed in with my colleagues on a business trip. Recommended by local customers. The sea view room can directly see the sea. The night is beautiful. The city view room is slightly inferior. Overall it is good. I have extended my stay for many nights.

I’ll start from the very beginning, it is not written anywhere about taking a deposit, they take 1000 MAD, which must be returned to the card from which they were debited, at the moment they have not returned (they said that they will return within 1 week). There was no water or tea provided during cleaning. There were no bathrobes in the room, I had to call to have them brought, and the next day they were taken away. For breakfast, you cannot pour water and tea yourself and you need to find employees who you can ask to do it. It is very difficult to make requests, I called and asked to turn on the sauna, came to the reception and asked and in the end it was never turned on. The appearance of the hotel is adequate; in all other respects it does not correspond to 5 stars. I don’t recommend it, I have something to compare, I’ve been to Hilton in more than 30 countries, I’m their devoted fan, but this is a complete disappointment.

Good service, clean hotel, convenient transportation, delicious breakfast

Although it is a hotel owned by Hilton, the decoration and facilities cannot be compared with those in China. It can only be regarded as ordinary.

It is the most luxurious hotel in Tanger. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The restaurant on the roof is delicious and faces the sea. Breakfast is also OK.

I am very satisfied with the Hilton in Tangier. Due to health reasons, I spent most of my time in the hotel in Tangier. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is also very spacious. It met all my needs and made me very comfortable. The room service staff were very enthusiastic and responsive, which moved me very much.
