去唐師公務出差，酒店就在旁邊，走5分鐘就到。乾淨衞生，房間大，管理的很好，前台也很負責。吃飯在街對面的大學宿舍，物價低到難以置信。

首先空調特別響，開小檔也響，響就算了，開半天也不制熱，並且空調口上還掛着幾根頭髮，我一個人訂的標間，還好兩床被，蓋着兩個被睡的覺，很冷，並且窗户那邊還漏風。衞生一如既往的差，被子都是發黃的，牆面是臟的裂的，床頭燈是閃光燈，馬桶進屋周邊都是濕的，我自己擦了一遍。洗漱台上都是黃色的點子，看着特別噁心，我自己擦了。衞生間地板不知道怎麼裝潢的，馬桶蓋蓋上地板就一顫，怕踩塌了都。求攜程不要再給我推這個錦江之星了。私人的不入華住會。一點保障沒有。

情侶出遊體驗超棒！錦江之星唐山遠洋城會展中心店的房間太驚喜了，明窗標準間採光超讚，衞生做得一塵不染，設施也都是新新的用着很順手。前台服務特別貼心，有什麼需求都秒迴應，環境也很安靜，晚上睡得特別香，下次來唐山還選這家！

不滿意，空調是熱風，而且房間存在房頂漏水現象，一層沒有飲水機，喝水是問題，還是感謝前台工作人員在室內空調完全沒有作用的情況下給提供了台式小電扇，稍微能解決點温度問題，入住的時候發現床單不乾淨，這一定是保潔人員在之前客户離開後沒有及時跟進🥲 希望上述情況能得到該店負責人重視❗
