黑鑽會員明明是16點退房，結果下午一點多就來催我，而且態度超級不好，早上9點，我正睡覺呢，服務員直接刷卡就進來了，犯這種最低級的錯誤
另外，這是一家接待團隊的酒店，沒有任何服務，完全就是糊弄人的，房間裏也是臟亂差。
衞生：衞生間臟的超級臟，一股尿騷味兒
設施：房間的燈也是壞的，剛進屋的時候我還以為是密室逃脱，洗澡的花灑也是壞的，如視頻，
攜程上所謂的免費升房，也是説的好聽，啥用沒用。

服務人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，床墊很舒適，酒店價格便宜，酒店裡的停車場很大，停車十分方便。。。早歺品種還很多。

雲中大酒店很不錯，住的很划算，我住過這麼多的酒店還是感覺雲中大酒店的壞境要比一般的塔縣酒店要好些
衞生做的十分乾淨，服務態度非常好工作人員也非常熱心有禮貌，裏面的設施都非常好，有濃郁的舒適安靜的環境，如果可以下次有機會我還會來住的，非常適合旅遊了一天當酒店房間裏面去休息一晚上感覺心情和身體得到了解放，真的非常不錯，酒店二樓的耗牛火鍋店味道也十分不錯，性價比超高，牛肉都是當天現切的服務態度也十分不錯，早上還提供自助早餐。
