Great view and services. If you want to eat, they serve buffets. Nearest place to eat is about 18min drive.

Excellent service, spacious rooms, however buffet food taste and quality can be improved.

Large hotel room, small but comfortable mattress. All hotel rooms are facing Lake Kussharo! Great place to enjoy the lake view, day and night.

Price is not cheap but they don’t provide anything even a bottle water.

Everything was fair, except the staffs trying to change me onsen tax but it was not described in the room rate when i made booking. Moreover, they try to overchange onsen tax of 3 preson/room (2 rooms = 6 person; and 2 nights) while I check in only 4 person. I refuse to pay, so they prohibit me from using onsen. i know the law that tax has to be paid. BUT IT HAS TO TELL CUSTOMERS TOTAL PRICE IN ADVANCE WHEN I MADE THE BOOKING. Therefore, I rated service only 1 star !

Hotel location is good. Room is a little bit small! Breakfast is good.

Public onsen is small

This is considered a luxurious hotel. The food is expensive but quite ok. Most facilities are ok but the convenience store is a dissapointment.

Great old hotel.

The view from the room is so nice. The onsen room is also quite big. BF is so many choice of varitoes. The only con for me is they dont provide any bottle of water.

Room is big and have nice view but have no shower cap and bed is a bit worn, too soft.

The location is secluded. The nearest convenience store counter said it is a 20-minute drive away. The twin room is of a decent size, but the smoking room has a strong smell, so be prepared. I called the counter and the air-conditioner was not cold. The answer was that it was normal and I could just open the window. I was dumbfounded on the spot. I took a closer look and found that there was a vent underneath.
