PALACE HOTELS(Tianjin Railway Station Italian Style Street)

When I come to Tianjin, this hotel is definitely a surprise for the price. The facilities are very new, including electric curtains, a TV that can project the screen, and an electric towel drying rack. From all aspects, at this price, it is higher than the normal all-season standard. I won’t go into details about the geographical location. It is very close to Tianjin Station and is also in an Italian style street. (The picture shows the hotel’s perspective) The reason why I want to write this review is more because of the service, especially at breakfast. The service is really great. I was originally worried about whether I could pack breakfast, but the waiter was very enthusiastic and provided everything from the box to the chopsticks. It was handed to me enthusiastically and deserves praise.

The location is very good. Just outside the door is the Italian style street, not far from the pier, and 10 minutes walk to the ancient cultural street. Parking is easy. Breakfast was delicious. The service was enthusiastic and patient, and it was a very satisfying stay. The room is full of details, including heated clothes racks, practical waterproof *****s on the sink, and free drinks. I’ll stay here again next time!

Convenient transportation. The hotel is near the Italian area. Spacious room, good view. On the side there is a 7-11 and a souvenir shop. Across the street is Startbucks, with good service staff. You can walk a short distance to major tourist attractions.

1. The room was upgraded in the order. It was not the 22-25 square meters mentioned in the introduction. It was 15 square meters at most. It can be said that there was no upgrade at all. 2. When the time came to check in, I was told that the room had not been cleaned up yet. The front desk explained that four employees could not clean up 100 rooms. I understand, but what does this have to do with the tenants who are staying? Either wait an extra hour, or find another place. 3. After checking in, I heard the sound of electric drills during construction. The hotel explained that construction is required on weekends. If there is noise trouble, the front desk will provide noise-cancelling earplugs. Guests need to wear noise-cancelling earplugs when resting in the hotel. Everyone needs to make their own decisions. 4. After checking in, there were hairs on the pillows, and extra quilts were needed. After the quilts were brought, the guests had to put on the quilts themselves because the guest room was too busy. The overall evaluation is not average, but very poor.

The experience was not good, the sewage smell in the room was very serious, the hygiene was not very clean, there were stains on the bedding, and there were hairs on the bathroom towels

Lang Lizi Hotel (Italian style store) has a good interior environment and considerate service. The room is clean and tidy and feels comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Lei for her warm service. I will definitely come again if I have the chance, thank you!
