HOTEL LiVEMAX Kayabacho Reviews

It's an amazing trip, I love Hotel Livemax Kayabacho, I will surely book another stay in this hotel. Very highly recommended. I just hope there is a way for the lobby to call taxis early in the morning. I had a hard time dragging my luggage so far out to get a taxi.

A great value hotel in the heart of the city

Best location in tokyo but not other services are good.

Location is normal only because u need to walk 1km to Tokyo station. But price is reasonable… The cleanliness should be improved.

Very small rooms but for what you pay it is ok.

Under the bed is dirty and elevator smells cigarette

Staff needed to check around the floors at mid night so I had to wait for a while anxiously because there is no button for ringing anyone to come out to the front desk.

The room facilities are damaged (chairs, table corners, wallpaper, etc.), the corners of the room are not clean, etc. The front desk clerk is off duty and has a rude attitude, lacking professionalism and dedication.

I used it the day before my trip. It was about a 15-minute walk from Yaesu Exit. Since I was planning to take a bus from Yaesu Exit to Narita Airport, it was cheap and convenient.

The reservation could not be found due to a communication error with the partner company. If this was a communication error with the partner company, I hope they will make improvements to avoid this from next time.

The room is small but well-equipped, close to JR train station and Nihonbashi, convenient for travel

The room infrastructure is relatively complete, but the space is relatively compact
