All very good, the shower was very good, only the smell in the bathroom was unpleasant.

Excelente servicio y muy buena limpieza

On check in desk staff were rude. On arrival to room it was found that the key would not lock the room. Made us wait for almost an hour while maintenance man tried to fix lock. Then made us wait again for someone to clean a different room. In the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working. When maintenance arrived in the morning they went somewhere and flipped a switch to turn it back on. Apparently they just turned it off. No apologies from anyone for anything. In fact when I asked them to comp a bottle of water I used during the night because the children were suffering they flatly refused. I will never stay here again. I thought Wyndham was a quality hotel but I guess not. I will review further on my YouTube channel. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this facility.

A really nice hotel, especiallyy for Tumbes. It is centrally located, has a parking garage, is attached to a mall, a really nice complementary breakfast, outdoor pool and bar area, and the suites are nice for the price.

Great staff, very attentive and great property. Small issue, quickly solved.

Rooms nice, the counter people not nice we neede to do a 1 pm check out and they wanted to charge us half a day. It was 1 hour.

El encargado en front desk me indicó que el late check out se solicita el mismo día del check out, entonces consulté ese día y me dijo que no habían habitaciones disponibles (me pareció extraño porque el hotel no se veía lleno), entré a hoteles.com y si había habitación disponible y lo reservé por ese medio. Además esa misma persona me dijo que el costo del traslado del y al aeropuerto era de 20 soles por persona, pero el día de mi partida a un grupo de 4 personas le dijo que era 40 soles en total. Pésima información del personal, a pesar que las instalaciones están muy buenas.

Everything was great specially their staff they only problem my family and I got was with the pool it wasn’t clean water was not cleared and and to many mosquito and other stuff in the water was green

What I liked: it was in the city close to the places I had to go. What I didn´t like: 1. Had to change rooms as the first night was a nightmare with no A/C and the heat was terrible. 2. The bathtub in the first room was dirty, there was green gooey stuff in the metal jacuzzi outlets. 3. Someone came the first night to fix the AC and was not prepared to do it, had no clue, how come a 4 stars hotel does not have someone competent 24 hours to take care of that? 4. I ordered food (room service) and my order was wrong.
