I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.

Great service. Room cleaned every day. Complimentary bottle of water and very attentive staff. Attractions were 15 minutes from the hotel or less.

I spent 7 days in the hotel due to my business trip. Overall, the stay at the hotel was pleasant, but the room I stayed in could use better lighting. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located. I recommend.

Great welcoming staff. Location for those travelling via the train station. Rooms cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast to help yourself Just a 15 minute walt into the city of Udine. Would definitely stay here again in fact im looking at booking it again for next year

The breakfast and sunny breakfast patio was a great way to start the morning. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was located about 10-15 minute walking distance from the center of town. The room was ok,the shower needs a good scrubbing or replacement...there were several mold stains. Breakfast was ok, but there was no milk in the coffee machine and there was no juice in the juice dispenser.

About 15 min walk to station. Nice breakfast. Of the local style. Friendly staff.

Slightly small room

Decent hotel. Cleanliness of the room acceptable, and very good breakfast. I read from the reviews that parking in May 2022 cost customers €2 for the whole day. In August 2022 I paid the receptionist €6. Now I don't know if the price has increased or if there is something wrong.

Slightly dated environment but perfectly in line with the hotel classification. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Breakfast limited in offer but with all that is essential. There is only one point that needs to be clarified. If I buy a room in a hotel, my accommodation MUST be inside the structure and not in a building across the street, maybe even unmanned. If you want to offer rooms in an outbuilding, behavior that is undoubtedly legitimate, this must be indicated on the sales site with the annotation ROOM IN ANNEX. They tried to give me a room in the annex and I refused. But what if there weren't any other rooms available?

A 10-minute walk from the centre, the hotel is sufficiently comfortable and above all very clean and well managed by a kind and professional staff. A bit of a nuisance on Saturday evening due to the noise from the club below. Convenient public parking at 2 euros per day in the immediate vicinity

The hotel deserves full marks for the cleanliness of the rooms and for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, having stayed on days with high temperatures, I expected the air conditioning to work properly, but it was explained to me that in some rooms the system is centralized; therefore, if one complains because he doesn't want it, the others have to cook in the room! It was impossible to sleep with the window open as there is a bar underneath, and one night there was noise until after 2.30.....and in the early morning the comings and goings of motor vehicles began. My friends fared better because their room was on the inner courtyard side. I recommend this hotel with the right precautions! Convenient nearby parking, at a cost of 2 euros for the whole day.

A good hotel, close to the center and the station. People very kind and always available. The rooms are large and clean. Good breakfast consisting of sweet and salty. Only negative ..... you pay to park in one area of the hotel.
