Appartamento ben arredato , moderno e pulito. Posizione centralissima . Scarso il servizio offerto, una delle ragazze alla reception al nostro arrivo non ha saputo dare informazioni adeguate ,dimostrandosi piuttosto impreparata . La reception chiude alle 21.00 e in caso di necessità non sono in grado di risolvere celermente . Nel nostro caso la chiave non funzionava e siamo rimaste fuori per oltre un’ora prima che qualcuno arrivasse ad aprire .

I booked this hotel over ******* and oversaw that they are NOT pet-friendly. We also have an 8-months baby. I called the hotel to inform them in advanced and the confirmed that dogs are not accepted, they will not make any exception, they let us with the baby on the street AND they keep completely our money - although ******* would not charge them anything for the cancellation. Please do not book this hotel if you have other options.

Went for a conference, they upgraded my room without additional charge. Excellent place, spacious and right at the city centre.

Location perfetta per spostarsi a piedi, tutto nuovo e curato, personale molto gentile che ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli per i ristoranti. Pulito e accogliente.

這個酒店真的驚艷到我了，百年建築，巨大的木門。裏面曲徑通幽。前台美女很性感。帶你進房間介紹。套房還帶大露台，客廳本地lavazza咖啡機，雙衞生間，廚房好用，一切恰到好處，簡直不要太完美。早上起來在自己的小院子裏來一杯地道意式濃縮，真的哎喲喂那叫一個

Ambiente nuovo con finiture di lusso. Le dotazioni ed i dettagli fanno la differenza. Personale molto cordiale ed estremamente gentile.

Camera davvero bella, ampia, ben arredata, confortevole. Prezzo adeguato. Staff gentile ed amichevole. Ottima posizione. Parcheggio pubblico di fronte albergo. Ne vale decisamente la pena, eviterei di perdere tempo a cercare altre soluzioni a Torino...

Fab spacious 2 bedder. Her indoors complained the towels we not fluffy enough. I found they dried perfectly well

La struttura è in un palazzo storico in pieno centro città, recentemente ristrutturato con molto gusto. Tutto molto curato. Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire della cucina ma sembrava tutto molto funzionale. Personale gentile e disponibile.
