The service was great! They have a 24 hour front desk staff to help you and they have a store that’s open 24 hours to allow you buy snacks. I would stay again you can take a trolley to six flags for free the shuttle runs every hour!

We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had an omelet and waffles that didn't disappoint. We didn't have any towels in our room but it wasn't any reason to ruin our stay. We asked the staff and they supplied us with what we needed

Hit breakfast with tons of options. All the staff was extremely accommodating and happy to help or answer questions. The pool was great and everything was extremely clean and kept up.

The staff is super friendly and professional. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The night auditor, Mckenzie, took care of my check out very quickly. Overall this was a great place to stay and I will definitely stay at the Best Western Valencia the next time I'm in town.

Been coming to this hotel with friends and family when visiting six flags. The hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are comfortable and spacious and all staff we've ever encountered has been great. Located with in 5 minute drive to the park, or you can take uber for about $7 each way. The hotel is located across the street from a small plaza which has a Starbucks and a very good Mexican restaurant for dinner and drinks. The breakfast is standard with some egg omelets, sausage and other typical breakfast items. You may also just walk to the Denny's right in front of the hotel. The pool area is well kept and the jacuzzi is a good size to fit several people at once. The only con we found with the room in particular was the way the toilets flushed. I don't recall ever having this issue before so they may have gotten changed. When you flush, a high pressure jet of water comes from the very bottom of the bowl but fails to take anything else leaving the bowl dirty with sometimes left over paper and other stuff along the sides. Then it takes a while for the tank to fill up again before you can flush again. We had to use the trash bin and fill it with the bathtub faucet water and dump it in the toilet bowl for it to flush everything and clean the sides.

Arrived from an evening flight and left early the next morning, so all we really did was sleep here, but it was a good sleep. Wish we'd had time to use the outdoor pool and hot tub, which looked very nice. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff were friendly. Parking was free and plentiful. There's a Denny's in the parking lot. Breakfast was fine, but nothing spectacular - a decent selection of food, although sadly no bacon or hot tea.

I was very impressed with Nezy at the front desk. Once I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. She is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Whenever we are in this area, we will continue to patronize this property at Six Flags. Sincerely C. Acosta .

This is the Perfect location across the street from the six flags magic mou. It looks as though it was recently remodeled. The room was clean with plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast had a variety good for adults and kids.

It was our first time staying here and we said to ourselves that we would stay here again whenever we found ourselves back in town. The area that it’s located in is convenient, there’s lots of shopping centers within walking distance, there’s a Denny’s right across the parking lot. The check in and checkout process was quick and easy. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Everything was wonderful a nice vacation to forget myself lovely time !! The breakfast was great the rooms are top tier ! The staff friendly, outgoing The prices are prefect for couples and family's one suggestion serv ice-cream and offer a lunch

Good affordable hotel walking distance to six flags. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, steps away from Danny's, no room service trying to get in in the morning unless you request it, good size pool and hot tub with disability lift to get in and out, and morning breakfast on the house. Over all could not ask for better stay for money I paid!!

My mom had to be taken to the hospital. Tried to move reservations to the next day and they refused to, instead they charged us for the day and when we arrived late that night after driving 6 hours we were told we did not have a reservation.l even though they charged us for it. They later "found it" and told us we were checked in "accidentally" that morning even though we were trying to cancel it? So they charged us for it and checked us in thinking we would not come?
