Fairfield Inn & Suites Van Canton Area Reviews

The property was very close to the event that I had to attend, and convenient to the interstate, gasoline station and restaurants. I found the facility to be immaculate and the accommodations were excellent. The room was perfect, with a very nice shower and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Easy location to stay overnight on our long trip to Dallas. Always clean and comfortable. Staff always polite.

The service is really bad. I used reservations through them, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that there were no empty rooms. I do not know what the service is provided.

Staff extremely friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and accommodating! So appreciative of the staff that helped us find and return my husbands watch that he left behind.

We took a spur of a family trip and looks like it became one of our favorite places to stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with politeness like no other. The lady at the desk gave us a few pointers for our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Will plan to stay there again.

The hotel is clean and seems to be newer built or recently remodeled. It is located off the highway, so access is convenient. The hotel is next to a larger gas/travel center so if your room faces that direction, you are likely to hear the music and announcements playing. It was not too loud, so it was not a detractor to my experience, but something to note nonetheless.

We stay here every time we are in the area. At least twice a year.

Everything was excellent staff friendly but only thing breakfast part was dont want refilled more waffles and Everything else and orange juice was very water.

Excellent property close to Canton Trade Days. Room well maintained, breakfast well done for quick grab or long sitting. Staff very friendly and attentive. The large trucks moving on service road from truck stop next door were some annoying but not overly disturbing at night. Very close to all major trade and business for events in Canton.

Front desk was so friendly! The pool was really tiny and not very clean. Room was a great size for our family of 6, but the pull out sofa wasn’t comfy at all. Regardless, we would stay here again!

We enjoyed two stays there. Going and returning home from New Mexico.

Elevators don’t work. The restaurant inside doesn’t work, it’s closed! The TV local channel does not work either, when trying to contact the reception on the phone, it doesn’t work either. I really didn’t pay for this type of a hotel service, I fully intend to get reimbursed for the 3 days I had to stay there, I’m very surprised that Bon voy and ******* allow and work with such a facility…
