Superb hotel in the heart of Yaletown. Hotel is top notch with great attentive service. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants and right across the street from skytrain. Highly recommend.

Property is ok and well located - unfortunately had a poor experience while there and staff were also very slow to respond to requests. The neighborhood is nice though and the rooms were nice. I wish I could give a better review.

Great staff who were very accommodating. The hotel is perfectly situated in Yaletown with amazing restaurants, cocktail bars and nightlife. Enjoyed the breakfast.

John Evans and his elite team went above and beyond to make a memorable stay for myself and my chosen family. We were in town for the Madonna concert and the friendly staff made sure all our accommodations were met with ease and a exemplary standard of professionalism, we look forward to our next stay.

Excellent front staff and good location close to restaurants and other destinations. Toon was clean and comfortable. The divider between bathroom and room helped keep street noise down so it was also nice and quiet.

Very well located hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was very nice. Only downside is the noise of the nearby clubs.

The property is nice, but can see some wear and tear in the bathroom, the shower was slippery. But was nice to receive a glass of prosecco at chek in, the staff are very nice and helpful.

Are stay at the Opus hotel was amazing. It was my husband’s birthday and they sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and dessert. We’ve never experienced that before lol.. The hotel is very clean and the service was excellent. We highly recommended this hotel..

A great location ! Friendly staff ! You get a glass of bubbly upon arrival ! Great rooms ! Great restaurants near by ! 15 min walk to BC Place or Rogers Arena .My favourite place to stay !

We had a wonderful night stay at Opus. Everything from the check in to the comfy beds and exceptional service were top notch. Can’t wait to go back!
