Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Very good hotel, in a central location, but not noisy, very convenient to everywhere, like the hotel's breakfast restaurant, not big, but has everything, especially like the various croissants, the restaurant a**osphere is also very good, very comfortable.

The location is convenient. There is a pier nearby and you can take a boat directly to the airport. There is also a supermarket nearby. It faces the shopping street. The hotel staff are also super friendly and willing to help. The room is clean and comfortable. I recommend it to all my friends.

Close to San Marco The hotel also has its own tour, showing Murano's glass crafts, a guide, and a water taxi along the way. You can enjoy it for free! It was really clean The staff were also very friendly!!!

Great hotel I recommend

Exceptionally easy to get to from Rialto bridge. Its central location was ideal for a short walk to many places not least the Rialto and St Marks square, with plenty of places to eat and drink equally accessible. The welcome from the front desk was very friendly and efficient (a theme we encountered with every member of hotel staff throughout our short stay). Whilst the view from the room was mainly the roofs of other buildings, it had plenty of natural light, The room was clean, well appointed, quiet (early March) and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in comparison to our previous stays in Venice. We look forward to returning in future.

Friendly service, specially celene and Roberto at reception. We were there only for 2 days. But it was neat, clean and breakfast was good. We had an early flight, they got us a boxed breakfast for the journey, which I thought was really nice. Due to the location, it can get a little noisy but nothing overwhelming. Great choices for food and we literally binged eaten.

A beautiful Hotel just off the Rialto Bridge, Staff are excellent, Hotel is spotless. I would highly recommend

Great hotel in the centre of everything but very quiet. Nice size room, big bathroom with lots of little extras, super comfy bed. The staff were all charming and helpful, really enjoyed our stay here!

Great hotel in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Only fault is no tea/coffee facilities in the room but did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay. If we ever return to Venice we’ll stay here again.

Great location near Rialto Bridge and close to the water taxi. We enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely. The Christmas decorations were divine. The room was great. We had 2 triple rooms.

This is an amazing hotel and very central to everything. Very near the Rialto bridge and 5 minute walk from St Marks Square. Faultless very comfortable clean room. Staff very attentative. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
