Amazing hotel to stay in the heart of Venice - Only issue is it’s pretty noisy until 2am in the morning & heating is controlled through reception (why not directly from rooms)

The best hotel for our honeymoon during 2 weeks in Italy &Switzerland .
Better than a more expensive hotel around this area ,SAN MARCO.
Hotel staffs are very kind . breakfast is splendid.
I recommend this hotel so much.

Hotel is very nice and has a great location to the square, dining, bridge and shopping. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and comfortable enough for three of us and our luggage. Did not get any views of the city from room but could her the church bells ring from 7am - midnight, The staff was very friendly and helpful. There have many services that you can use during your stay, we used the boat to Murano to see the glass factory. There are lots of stairs but they do have a small elevator. I would recommend and stay again if visiting Venice.

Steps from Piazza San Marco and an easy walk to everything. Room was beautifully appointed. If we had done more than sleep in the room the condition of the tired armchairs might have mattered, but they had been made to look nice. Nice size ensuite with good size shower. Truly the location was spectacular.
