Staff is really friendly and the receptionist on the night shift helped us by giving choises to go to dinner that were really good. The hotel is cozy and really clean so we recomend to other people. Localization is really good since its nearby santa lucia train station 5 minutes walking ( you can take train there to other cities). The aerobus is also by 8 minutes walking (that leads you to the aeroport). Carolina Reis, from Portugal

Budget hotel that’s close to the train station. Stayed here for a couple of nights for a weekend in Venice, and had a pleasant stay. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the station. There’s free breakfast provided that’s served by the hotel workers (light pastries and coffee/tea/juice). We had a Jack and Jill room that fit the four of us. There was one restroom and the shower was super small, but we made do. You can hear some of the ambient noises from outside, but earplugs help with that. There’s a 6 euro per person per night charge for the city tax that’s to be paid at the end of your stay. There is luggage storage at the front desk (which was open 24 hours).

Location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately we got the room on the second floor. Room was big enough, but had no extra charging point. We had to remove the TV Socket to charge our phones. Staff was kind enough to drop our bags to our room. The hotel even had few games kept at the lobby, which was kind off nice..On the first floor was a water dispenser which we used to fill up our bottles every now and then. Overall a pleasant stay. .

The advantage of this hotel is that you can leave the station and check in right away without having to take the stairs. However, it was disappointing that some of the bathroom toilets were broken.

Clean hotel (also under beds), renovated recently enough, staff at the heart of the reception and available, abundant breakfast. The rooms are beautiful but the lighting is completely insufficient. In our case, the furniture does not even provide a closed box but a dressing outdoor. The maintenance is to be revised, in our case the shower was losing water so much to flood part of the bathroom and the room, the waste box was broken, the bath tent was locked half. The floor service bathroom had the handle of the washing machine broken. So, in substance, the price is a little high.
