Surprisingly convenient location, walking distance from Venezia Santa lucia, a ferry bus station in front of it ,
Hotel has modern renovation with daily breakfast

The hotel is in an excellent location, on the edge of the canal, a 30-minute walk to St. Mark's Square and a 10-minute taxi ride. The room is not big, clean and quiet, and the service is very good. I will stay here again next time.

We left the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel breakfast started at 8 o'clock. I asked the front desk staff the night before that we couldn't make it in time for breakfast, and the gentleman said he would prepare it for us. The next day, each of us received a large bag of breakfast, including yogurt, juice, biscuits, cakes, and fruits. There were so many of them that we couldn’t finish them. We had to throw away the ones we couldn’t bring into the security check, which was a pity.

Excellent location near the station but also convenient to the center with a 20 minute walk. While it is 10 minutes from Cannareggio. Many excellent restaurants and banks within 5 minutes.
