Great facilities, reasonable price, I used it well. I would like to use it again next time I have the chance. This is the gateway city to the Rockies and is suitable for a family trip.

It is very convenient to go skiing at Silver Star. It only takes 20 minutes to drive there. There is free breakfast right there. You can finish your meal before setting off!

Well situated in Vernon easy to access with plenty of parking. Comfortable bed and a decent breakfast with staff checking and filling as necessary - recommended for travellers.

Our stay was great; the breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and friendly and our room was great.

The check in was good friendly girl at the desk. Our room was was clean and comfortable. We were not impressed with the breakfast. we filled our bowls with cereal only to be told they have NO MILK ! So we thought we would have eggs, there was only dry scraps left. only 2 sausage left and a few hashbrowns. Service was poor as no one was there to refill the dishes.

Have stayed several times at this Holiday Inn Express. Good choice for families. Was nice and quiet during our stay. Breakfasts have good variety and selection.

Things were broken in the room, the doors seemed to be squeaky, swinging open when even cracked slightly, and the headrest had chunks missing and glue exposed.

It was a great place to stay. Only issue was while traveling with a senior the dispensers in the bath tub were to high to use while bathing.

We were in town for an appointment and requested a late check out. The staff were very accommodating and it was appreciated.

Ok for a basic hotel. Hot tub was out of order for the entire 4 days stay. Complimentary breakfast was okay although hot items were not hot. Staff accommodated a move when excessive HVAC that wouldn’t not stop. We stayed here as rated above other average based hotels for the area.

Very clean, quiet hotel. The beds and pillows were awesome. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. This is our new "go to" hotel.
