This hotel is family-run, and has very friendly staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We were given very useful advice and suggestions. A very good breakfast - we appreciated the homemade cakes and pancakes. The hotel is old-fashioned, and extremely comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Good location & I can see an interior designer’s been in to refurb a bit… the pics were why we chose this place but feel deceived.. our room was claustrophobically tiny with a massive noisy air conditioning unit. The bathroom had serious mould on the ceiling & round the soap holder. Heavy plastic sheet on the bed.. didn’t sleep well Reception delightful breakfast minimal.

Where to start...it is a maze to get to your room,but managed to find it.Very rare we stayed in such a bad room,it needs a major update.Now,the bathroom was barely functional.Shower had you'd have to hold it,and it was tiny,tiny.We let the reception know and was offered to go shower in another room???? The have a coffee maker in the lobby,and they keep an eye on you not to get more than one.Come on! Customer service was almost inexistent,upon departure,I talked to the manager who did not offer any compensation,nor a so sorry for the fact that the bathroom could not be used properly.Beautiful town though,with good restaurants and saturday market.

Beautiful atypical hotel. Room level, the air conditioning was very noisy. On the other hand, communication level at reception, very disappointing. We arrived on Friday to spend a night. We parked our car park 400 m from the hotel. A well-shaded car park. The receptionist asks us where we are parked because Saturday morning is a market day. We explain the place to her and we say ok. The next morning our car was taken away by the pound. Great start to the vacation. Arrival at the garage the staff tells me that we are not the only people in the hotel where the car has been removed. So Miss receptionist next time warn people!!!!

On a eu un séjour à Vienne très agréable grâce à l'accueil chaleureux à l'hôtel. La propreté impeccable! Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. J'aime beaucoup l'ambiance qui y règne, le personnel à l'écoute et on se sent vraiment bien. Je compte y revenir avec mes enfants pendant les vacances de Noël.
